As an operator of 24 Golf and Country Clubs, Hampton Golf continues to monitor the rapidly evolving impacts of Coronavirus (COVID-19) from all angles. Unwaveringly and without question, our top priority is the health and wellbeing of our Guests and Team Members. We are fortunate to have strong partnerships with the Communities where we operate and we are closely monitoring the statements and following the guidance and recommendations from local, state/provincial and federal health agencies on COVID-19.

All of our Golf Courses are open as scheduled, and operating according to the most updated guidance and precautions from health officials. Please note, there are events and food/beverage services that have been suspended or postponed. You will notice an increase emphasis on cleanliness and sanitation at all Clubs and, as always, a strict adherence to food safety standards.

Over the course of the upcoming weeks, we will begin to deploy specific actions to encourage social distancing and to slow the spread of COVID-19. Actions include:

• We will continue following the most updated guidance and precautions from health officials, with attention to the cleanliness and the environment of our facilities.

• We continue to ask our Guests and Team Members to follow public health officials'' guidance of frequent hand washing and to stay home if they are feeling ill. Health officials advise that people at higher risk of severe illness, including those who are 60 years or older, should stay home and away from larger groups of people as much as possible.

We are in constant contact with health officials and will continue to follow their updated guidance as provided. This means there could be additional precautions taken that could impact our operations at any time.

Again, the health and well-being of our Guests, Team Members and the Communities where we live, work and play is of utmost importance. We thank everyone for their understanding during this unprecedented time.
