Welcome to your July update!

Restrictions have eased, the weather is cooler and Queenslanders are settling into a ‘new normal’ routine. Which means now’s a good time to focus on your health and wellbeing! Getting active regularly, eating healthy food and taking care of your body are hopefully all some of your ‘new normal’ priorities.
