At Inbound 2019, we announced additional functionality with chatbots for Facebook Messenger. HubSpot's new integration allows you to create a Messenger experience on your Facebook Business page and manage those one-to-one interactions seamlessly from your Conversations inbox - the same way you would with live chat or email.
