Samples 

We understand how important it is to taste our teas and would love to send samples to you. When you registered, you automatically received 500 Jenier Reward Pioneer Points (worth £5) which you can use against any samples, product or shipping. Simply redeem your reward points prior to checking out and add the code at the checkout to get £5.00 off your order.

Short of time? No problem, just e-mail or call to let us know what samples you’d like and we’ll get this organised for you. 

In the meantime, our service to trade can be best outlines as follows:

• No minimum order value – just order what you need when you need it
• Free Shipping in the UK on orders over £50
• Orders received by 1400hrs are dispatched that day for next working day delivery (although if you’re desperate for your teas we will do our best to get them to you the next day, no matter what time  you call)
