This past week we have seen both the Facebook pages and Instagram page be shut down; we don't know the actual why as the "reasons" have been numerous/random and make no sense. It also appears to be hacked because since I was removed, someone has been posting under my account. If you see any new posts on Facebook or Instagram they are not by me.

Question: A wrestler I''ve been training is currently in-season and his coach is in charge of his training/lifting. He trains 3 days/week and does a lot of circuit training: bodyweight squats, push-ups, side laterals, sit-ups and assault bike. Each station is done for a minute and is done twice.

His coach is open to him doing some extra work after his workout. What do you think we should do in regards to training (if anything)?

At the time we had this conversation, I was unable to perform dips due to shoulder issues. So I immediately became jealous. But I also saw the truth in his statement.

Dips were a part of my training in my early years but they only became a major assistance lift when I stopped powerlifting and just started “training normal” again.

These bands have been extremely tough to get. We''ve been able to get our hands on some but at this time, we''re only going to sell them as a set. That means two of each color/tension band. Every set will come with eight total bands (four pairs). I find having these bands at home really helpful. When I first started lifting weights, I squatted, pressed, and pulled. I did these lifts with very little thought – I just muscled the weights up in an all-out effort to break every world record in less than two years. I didn''t think about my stance or my grip or where my shoulders were when I bench pressed. I didn''t think about anything. I just squeezed really hard and pushed and pulled as fast as I could. This was training built on youthful aggression and raging hormones.

With so much information deleted, it was hard to locate everyone.
