Hello, Mark!

Tomorrow is the last day of your karma trial account, and the system automatically disconnects your email when the trial expires, so I thought I'd give you some advance warning. :)

When you're ready to take the next step and upgrade, simply do the following:

Click on your name in the upper right corner and click on �Settings� in the menu that drops down.
In the list on the right, click on �Users�. Here, make sure you are on the desired plan. If you need to change from the default Pro, you can do so by clicking "Actions" to the right of your name and "Change Plan".
Once you're on the desired plan, in the list on the right, click on �Accounts, Upgrades & Billing�.
On the page that opens, tick the checkbox for paying annually, if you'd like the 20% discount that comes with annual plans.
From there, click the blue �Continue� button and enter your card info, and you're good to go!

Hi, Mark,

You might have gotten an email over the last day or so from Khulani, one of our developers, about whitelisting karma in your Google account. �Google recently made major changes with email accounts, most likely in response to GDPR. �

I know it sounds odd and risky, but whitelisting karma in your GSuite account is the only way that we could save you a ton money.�

The process is simple, easy, and I promise you 100% safe. We are only whitelisted for your email account. If you choose not to whitelist us on your account, you can still use karma, but your email integration will no longer work.�

I�ve made a guide (basically a copy of Khulani�s email) so you know how to whitelist us: http://support.karmacrm.com/en/articles/3603599-whitelisting-gsuite-email-accounts

This must be done as soon as possible, or else your email integration may not work.

If you don�t have a Google based email address or use the integration, please ignore this email. At this time, no other email providers have put this restriction in place.�

Here�s what�s happening in February

We�ve got some big things coming in February that we can�t wait to share with you.

App Updates

On the platform front, we�ve got two big karmaCRM updates rolling out.

One is the implementation of two-way integrations with Zapier and the thousands of apps it connects with. With this update, you�ll be able to utilize Zapier-connected apps directly from karmaCRM. For example, you�ll now be able to set up a Zap that creates an invoice in Quickbooks Online when you create a new gig in karmaCRM.

We�ll also be introducing a feature that allows you to custom organize your email templates in a way that makes the most sense to you.

In case you missed it

In January, we released quite a few new features and enhancements.

Some of the bigger features include:

Automated Task Templates: This feature is a massive upgrade and it will help you remain even more organized when it comes to managing your leads. It allows you to create task templates that automatically apply as you change gig stages. You can also preconfigure your to-do items for each stage so that as soon as you update to a new phase of your sales funnel, your checklist of items will automatically apply to your dashboard.
Archivable Campaigns: Once a campaign is completed, you can archive it rather than keeping it constantly visible. This will help reduce clutter for your dashboard and allow you to toggle more efficiently between active campaigns. If you need to access an archived campaign at a later time, you can easily reactive it.
Default Calendar Settings: If you�re constantly checking your calendar, you can make it the default display when you go to your Activity tab.
Send Later Feature: We�ve drastically enhanced the �Send Later� feature so that you can specify exact dates and times when an email will be distributed. This feature is extremely helpful in scheduling outbound marketing campaigns, or if you�re working late but don�t want to send emails to your clients after hours.
