We will process your requests and anticipate providing a response within 45 days from the date of our receipt of the request. If we need additional time to respond (up to 45 additional days) we will notify you. For deletion request, it can result in deletion of particular information that may adversely impact you. As such, the law request that we obtain your separate confirmation that you wish us to proceed with your request. Please reply to this email to confirm, together with the completed and signed verification declaration, within 7 days of this email.

Re Information Collection Practices and Information Sharing Practices

Re Specific Information Request

Unfortunately, we have not been able to validate your identity against records, nor have we received a signed declaration of identity from you. Therefore, we are unable to respond to your request. This is for your security, as we do not want to provide information about you unless we are assured that you are the person to whom the information relates. Where appropriate, we are treating your requests as a request for disclosure of our information collection practices.  Please contact us if you have any questions.

Re Deletion of Information Request

Unfortunately, we have not been able to validate your identity against records, nor have we received the separate confirmation and the signed declaration of identity from you. As such, please note that to the extent, possible we will treat your request as a Do Not Sell request.

Please be aware that we do not sell your information for monetary consideration but we may transfer your information to a third party that provide us with services such as helping us with advertising, data analysis and security, which may fall under the definition of “other valuable consideration” which may be consider a ‘sale’ under the CCPA. In response to your request we have, as required by CCPA Regulations, removed your information from arrangements (if any) where we provide information for consideration within 15 days of our receipt of your request.  We have also notified all third parties (if any) to whom we provided your information for consideration in the 90 days before the date of your request to not further sell your information.  This process has been completed.
