I wanted to check to see if you were making the best use of Loop11''s intelligent questions which can deliver super meaningful insights.

To configure your first question, first, create your own project and select from 8 types of questions or use our Net Promoter Score (NPS) and System Usability Scale (SUS) question templates.?

The best bit is there are no limits to how many questions you ask. We recommend, after each task, ask the participant to rate how easy they found the prior task, then ask them an open-ended question aimed at getting them to explain why they gave that particular rating.

For the past 12 months we have been building a panel of paid testers from around the world who have had to perform stringent qualification tests to ensure they are ready and able to complete usability studies on our platform.

We were wanting to build out our panel tools further before launching, however, in the current global climate (read more about our COVID-19 response here) we want to start offering work to our panel of website testers to help ease any financial burden they might be facing.

So, here is how you can use our panel of testers. When you are creating your study, reach out to us on support@loop11.com and let us know what your requirements are. Things like:

• Demographics
• Total numbers
• Budget

We will also need to see your study design in your account so we can confirm a per participant price. The longer your study, the higher the cost.

With costs in mind, we're going to be waving most of our charges, making it cheaper for you, and passing the money straight on to the website testers. We normally charge $1-2 per minute. We will be cutting that in half to between $0.50 - $1 per minute.

Did you know Product Designers are using Loop11 to visualize the myriad of paths users take through a design as they attempt to complete a given task. Clickstreams not only allow you to see common success paths, but also where users get stuck at dead ends.

To start, you can view clickstreams of real participants in our Sample Report. Then create and launch your own project. Within minutes of your first participant you'll be able to see the paths they are taking through your design.

Want to focus just on the users who couldn't complete your tasks? No problem, just change the study report filters to only include the users you wish to focus on.

But wait, here's the best bit. When reviewing your videos, you can add timestamped notes and export clips or share them directly into your company's Slack channel so your team can truly understand the problems users are facing.

Have you had a chance to experiment with Loop11''s smart heatmap technology to see exactly where users are clicking? Our heatmaps not only focus on a specific page, but they also render the heatmaps within the context of what the user is trying to do!

You can view heatmaps of real participants in our Sample Report (make sure you''re logged in to Loop11). Then to get started with your own heatmaps you need to create and launch your own project. Within minutes of your first participant you'll be able to see where they are clicking based on the tasks you have asked them to compete.

Got participants on different devices? No problem, Loop11 has you covered. When you view a heatmap you can toggle between desktop, tablet and phone to see how participants interact differently based on the device they are using.
