Hi everyone,
The Coronavirus pandemic is a constantly changing situation and we wanted to update our customers on our initiatives to deal with this challenge.
Our venues
We have taken the decision to close Wardown House, Museum and Gallery from today and are reducing opening hours at Stockwood Discovery Centre from 11am - 3pm.
The Hat Factory Arts Centre remains open for caf? customers (with a drinks-only menu), tenants, hirers and programme until government advice changes.
As part of further control measures, we have now made all our venues cashless. Only contactless card payments will be accepted.
We aim to maintain a normal approach to operations with strict cleaning processes in place at all our sites. We would like to keep these sites open and safe for all our customers and ask for your support in doing this.
Events, shows and performances...
We are aiming to run our events as normal (with added safety precautions)
If you are unable to make a show that is going ahead due to self-isolation, or you have concerns about attending please email the box office and we will credit your account for you to use at another time.
If an event is cancelled we will contact all ticket holders and offer the following methods of refunds:
a) Refund - We return your payment to you.
b) Credit - We add the refund amount to your account as credit for you to use towards events with us in the future.
Why choose credit?
As a charity, this unprecedented situation will have a considerable impact our ability to provide cultural services and access to free museums for everyone.
We understand this is a difficult time for everyone but if you are able to and would like to, please do consider credit rather than a refund as an alternative way to support us.
Thank you for your understanding in these unprecedented circumstances, the safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff is our utmost priority.
We will aim to update you as much as we can.
Many thanks
The Culture Trust Team.
