Back Office has many customization options -- the Back Office pages we host for you can mimic major design elements from your website. Let us know if you have a website you'd like us to use for this process or if you'd like to add a Main Street Sites website to your free trial. In the meantime, you can start working with the other features and functions of Back Office.

For now, the pages above simply have a white background. They will look much better after we have completed our customization process as noted above. After you have entered your setup information, you can place a link from your existing site to any of these pages you'd like to use. Many more pages are available as well. If you'd like to test these pages as a user on your website, you can log in with the account username "test" and password "test".
You can also embed class schedules into your existing website using our "components" feature at Website > Vaults > Component Vault. Let us know if you'd like help setting this up.
Selecting a payment processor
Accepting payments online requires either a business PayPal account or a merchant account. For a complete overview of the options in your country, please see the following page:

For now, your account has been configured to use the PayPal option but that can be easily changed.

Note: if your account is configured to use PayPal, you'll need to enter you own PayPal email address at Setup > General Settings. If your account is configured to use a merchant account, you'll need to contact us to update your settings accordingly.

Updating your menu
The web pages that we provide support a custom menu editor. We have added a few links to this menu to illustrate how it works. That menu can be updated by going to Website > Site Options > Custom Menu Let us know if you need any help with this feature.

Cancelling a free trial
If you are receiving a free trial, you must cancel the service if you do not wish to be billed once the trial period expires. Please let us know by calling 617-830-1665 or sending an email to support@MainStreetSites.com.
