We are pleased to announce the launch of our new Wordpress plugin for MantisProperty

Many agents have expressed their desire to build their own websites using wordpress or have a 3rd party web designer build a wordpress based website for them. Due to this we have developed an easy to use plugin to allow you to easily integrate MantisProperty with Wordpress.

MantisProperty is the only real estate and business CRM on the market that comes with a completely FREE and open source plugin for Wordpress.

This plugin takes less than 5 minutes to install and requires no technical knowledge or coding at all!

Once set up, your website will automatically show your up to date listings in real time. This also includes a search facility, listing details page with photo gallery and an enquiry form for each listing. Enquiries are then automatically fed into Mantisproperty and attached to your listings so that you can set up

MantisProperty allows you to easily configure automatically generated brochures and window cards for your listings.

New Email Designer Features

The easy to use email designer has been updated to run a lot faster and now runs twice as fast!

In addition to this, we have added a new feature to the editor - Icons!

With Icons, you can create new layouts mixing icons and images with text, without the constrictions of row structures. A few examples include bullet points, ratings, logos, or property amenities and services, like in the example below.

Update to SMS credits system

Our popular SMS campaign and alert system is proving to be a real hit with our agents. Nothing beats SMS campaigns for generating competition on a listing by creating interest quickly.

Up until now, agencies had to purchase credits which would then be used by any salesperson in the agency that has been given permission to send SMS campaigns. We have now created an option where you can force your salespeople to pay for their own credits.

To do this, simply go into preferences then SMS and tick the box ''force salespeople to use their own credits''. 

When doing this, any salesperson that you have given access to use SMS campaigns will then have their own pool of credits that they can top up at any time.

Security Updates

MantisProperty is built on the strongest levels of security available with multiple layers of hardware and software based security. Due to the recent announcement by the Australian government of the increase in cyber attacks on Australian businesses, we have done a full security audit and have implemented extra measures to secure your data. We have also updated our backup systems so that we now have full snapshot backups of your data being done every 2 hours.
You can rest easy knowing we have the highest levels of security and multiple levels of contingencies in place to ensure the protection of your data.
