We have reports that partners are experiencing issues with our Notifications Wizard. We have temporarily withheld any notifications going out for a few hours starting now to investigate the issues before we turn Notifications back on. We will follow up with another email once the issue is resolved and notifications are opened up again.

The holidays are just around the corner and  app stores have some app submission and approval downtime towards the end of the year. 

Please note that the Roku Channel Store will be closed the following dates which will affect MAZ's ability to submit new apps and updates:

• Friday, November 15, 2019 through Tuesday, December 3, 2019
• Friday, December 13, 2019 through Sunday, January 5, 2020

During this period, no new channels or channel updates will be published (i.e. Roku end-users will still be able to download existing channels from the Roku Channel Store as usual).  Learn more here.

• Apple: Monday December 23rd through Friday December 27th. 
• Roku: Friday, December 13, 2019 through Sunday, January 5, 2020

Our team confirmed that our database provider (IBM Compose) is currently experiencing a temporary outage which is affecting our servers. We are working to bring everything back online as soon as possible and apologize for the inconvenience.

Due to this outage new content won''t be added into the apps and live app logins will also be impacted.?

We greatly appreciate your patience as we continue to work on this outrage. We will provide updates as we hear more from our database provider and our team.?

Hi there,

Can you log into App Store Connect to make sure that all of your agreements are up to date within your Agreements, Tax and Banking module? You may have a pending Free Apps and/or Paid Apps agreement that will require updating. By accepting this, App Store Connect developmental resources will no longer be blocked and MAZ can continue servicing your app.?

Aside from App Store Connect, you may also have an Apple Developer Program License Agreement that requires updating. Can you check your Apple Developer account for a new agreement as well?
