Here is your first look at Travis Pastrana''s Gymkhana STI with its livery. Last week you saw The Hoonigans reveal the STI in its raw carbon fiber form and as a bonus- the first tire shredding, flame shooting test drive. Travis is known to push limits and knowing that, Subaru had a chance to redefine what an STI could be. The result is the most wildly aggressive STI to date.

With the livery in place, the canards and diffusers are now more prominent. And if there''s anything else that catches the eyes, it''s the 502 wheels. The 502 wheels equipped on the STI have a custom finish that greatly contrasts the colors on the livery. The blacked out section on the wheel will surely highlight any wheel spinning action in the video. The 502s are made out of solid A356 aluminum that uses a T6 heat treatment construction and is over engineered to exceed SAE 2530 specifications. And for those of you STI owners that are wondering, yes they will clear your Brembo brakes.

This time around we get to see more details of the interior and a few updates on the engine bay. While there are no specs released at the moment, this car didn''t have any sort of restrictions like Pastrana''s rally car. The custom-made Subaru boxer engine was built to Pastrana''s specs and as you can imagine was built to shred tires and smash expectations.

Aside from Travis'' one of a kind custom yellow finish, the very same 502 wheels are available to the public in Bronze, Titanium, and Matte Black and you can learn more about the wheels below.

This past weekend (October 24th-25th) we saw multiple events take place including the Best In The Desert's Blue Water Desert Challenge in Parker, AZ and Ultra4's National Championship in Davis,OK. After the official results have been finally released many Method Race Athletes
came out on top.

The BlueWater Desert Challenge was made up of a 23-mile-long loop course along the Colorado River, which is said to be the most challenging and scenic courses in the series. Despite the unique year 2020 has turned out to be, BITD was able to get the green light on many races with special COVID-19 safety measures that were put into place. To cap it all off, it was the most fitting final race of the year to end in Parker, AZ as it was the same place where the series started with the 2020 Tensor Tire Parker 250 back in January. A record-breaking number of 334 teams showed up with their eyes on the top spots.

Starting with Justin Lofton who not only won first place overall, but also took the Maxxis Triple Crown Justin says, "Picking up the overall was a great way to end the 2020 BITD season. It was a difficult year and my team and partners never gave in. Looking forward to 2021. The weekend went great picking up the win Saturday and 3rd on Sunday. We debut our new FOX RAD live valve suspension. And it outperformed my expectations. The strategy was just about to go out and go as fast we could. We had one flat on Sunday which put us back a couple spots physically on course."

In the UTV Youth Race Dallas Gonzales took first with an elapsed time of 00:40:37.250 and a close and strong run by Ethan Groom with 00:41:50.832. Going to the 6100 class Kyle Jergensen was named the winner, the 2020 Best In The Desert Series Class 6100 Championship and the 2020 Maxxis Triple Crown Limited Class Series. "Honestly it was textbook," Kyle says. "No problems, flats, hiccups of any kind. Day two we knew we didn't have to win the day to win the race, so we played very smart and let Griffith and Grabowski push hard in the dust while we were just being smooth. They had to pass us and put 40 seconds on us to win and I knew that that wasn't very likely, so we didn't stress that they were that close to us all day."

On the Ultra4 side of things Erik Miller is your National Champion with a total of 2,965 points.

Over 250 drivers entered this year's UTV World Championship known as the world's biggest UTV race. Held in Lake Havasu City in Arizona, the best UTV racers on the planet gathered for a chance to win the title of UTV World Champion. Races were split between two days and included four Youth Classes, four short course classes and six Desert classes. At the end of the race many Method Race Wheels athletes took home the win in multiple classes.

First up, is the Desert Pro Turbo class where Method Race Wheel athletes swept all three podiums. Ryan Piplic in his T815 RZR takes home first, Justin Lambert in the T918 RZR takes second and Branden Sims in the T913 RZR finishes third.

Ryan Piplic says, "This year's UTV World Championship was by far the toughest most challenging track to date! We had no time to rest we had everything from endless miles of washboard, huge rocks and race ending dangers. Then to add to that dust and sunset going into the night made it extremely challenging! We came home with the win and zero issues with our wheels. And we hit just about everything as fast as we could. My wheels were the last of my worries! Lighter stronger faster!"

Last but not least, in the Youth 570 class, Ethan Groom and his Y911 RZR takes first place clocking a total time of 48:02.809. His fastest lap was blistering 11:55.782 and an average lap of 12:00.702. In the Pro NA and Pro Unlimited class Dodge Poelman takes first and Kaden Wells finishes strong with second place behind Dodge by 10:55.363.

Subaru Motorsports USA takes its second consecutive win and a double podium at the American Rally Association (ARA) event Show-Me Rally in Missouri. Brandon Semenuk gets his first-ever U.S. rally win in only his third event in the #180 WRX STI and Travis Patrana followed up his win at Ojibwe Forest Rally with a second-place finish.

The Show-Me Rally took the place of the 100 Acre Wood Rally that was cancelled in March. The roads featured many of the same stages and brought dry, dusty conditions that affected grip and visibility on the famously quick Missouri roads. Pastrana and his co-driver Rhianon Gelsomino started off strong and won the first stage, but Semenuk and John Hall grabbed the lead after a strong run in SS2 that placed him eight seconds ahead of his teammates. In SS3 Pastrana lost nearly a minute due to tire punctures that lead rival Barry McKenna to win the overall lead by a single second going into Saturday.

The next day McKenna's driveshaft went out on SS7 and Semenuk's STI needed an oil pan replacement from a very hard landing. The Subaru crew changed out the pan and put the car back on the road in no time. McKenna checked out of service late and was issued a time penalty. With more than 30 seconds in the lead, Semenuk took home the win and even took home the stage win on SS9. Pastrana came home third but was moved up to second place after McKenna was penalized furthermore for a banned anti-lag system.

Semenuk says, "Incredible feeling to get the win this weekend! Of all the events this year, this was the one where I expected to feel the least comfortable since I've never done 100 Acre Wood. These stages have some really fast sections and the dust was a challenge, but you have to be clean and trust the car to find grip. The techs did an awesome job in service too. They gave us the advantage in the afternoon to take the win."

Pastrana says, "Great battle this weekend and nice to be on the podium again! This has never really been my event since the roads don't really suit my driving style, so after the Friday punctures I had to be a little less aggressive today and focus on bringing the car home. Not as fun as going flat out for the win, but I couldn't be happier for Brandon. He was super quick all weekend and he and John did everything they needed to win."

The next stop for Subaru Motorsports USA will in November at DirtFish Olympus Rally in Washington state. The team is aiming to finish the ARA calendar with a third straight win. The team is running on 502 wheels from our Rally Series. You can learn more about the wheel below.

It's back to back wins for the McMillin dynasty this year as Luke McMillin takes 1st place at the Best In The Desert Silver State 300. At the end of the day McMillin and team had an official time of 03:48:43. While a few unexpected turn of events occured, McMillin was named winner a few days after the race was over.

McMillin says he hadn't seen the course until race day, but his plan of attack was to just keep moving. Coming in to Pit 5, McMillin got news that the race was being cut short due to a wildfire spreading on the course. This shortened the course by many mile and moved the finish line to Pit 6. McMillin runs Method's 103 Race Series wheel.
