Apprentices can now apply for a student key card

The discounted student key card, which was available to those aged 16 and over and in full time education, has now been extended to those on Apprenticeship Programmes.

The student key card gives a 25% discount on adult key card fares for Crawley and Horsham Metrorider period tickets (excluding multi trip tickets) and Metrovoyager period tickets.

Apprentices can register for a student key card by going to one of our travel shops in Crawley, Redhill or Gatwick South Terminal with proof of enrolment onto an Apprenticeship Programme - either with an ID card or a letter of enrolment/acceptance on to an Apprenticeship Programme.

Our online Santa Bus pages are now live where you can donate to our 12 local charities and community groups and enjoy loads of festive activities from spot the difference and Christmas word searches to even building your own Santa Bus!

We have also launched our very own limited edition Santa Bus festive face coverings, available in two designs. Face coverings are now essential when leaving the house, so if you''re looking to bring some festive cheer to your face covering collection or gift it to someone else as the perfect stocking filler, order today to avoid disappointment and guarantee delivery at the beginning of December. All profits from the sales of each face covering will be split evenly among our 12 chosen Santa Bus charities and community groups.

Keep windows open

To help refresh the air and aid ventilation on our buses, please keep the windows open. It is getting colder now so make sure you wrap up warm when travelling with us.

Face coverings

Please remember you need to wear a face covering at all times throughout your journey with us and they need to cover both your nose and mouth. There are exemptions, so please be kind to those not wearing one.

Don't forget you can purchase a Santa Bus face covering if you've lost yours or just want a new one!

Safer travelling guidance

We''ve moved to Tier 2 now so we expect more people to return to travelling with us again. We want everyone on board our buses to be as safe as possible. Here is a reminder of our latest guidance to protect you and your fellow passengers:

Wash your hands before and after travelling. Hand sanitisers are available on each bus to use when boarding.
You must wear a face covering if you are aged 11 and over. They need to be worn at all times, covering both your nose and mouth. Some people may be exempt from wearing a face covering. Full details can be found here.
Social distance at all times and only sit next to someone from your household or bubble. If you can, please sit upstairs to help leave more seats free for those who cannot.
Pay for travel using the app, key card or contactless. We still accept cash but we do not offer change. A change voucher will be given instead and can be used to pay for further bus journeys.
Keep windows open to help keep fresh air flowing through the bus.
Please avoid queuing in the aisle or next to the driver.
Ring the bell and remain seated until the bus stops.

No change to our services through lockdown

With lockdown starting today we want to reassure those of you who need to travel that there will be no changes to our bus services throughout the duration. Our buses will continue to run as per our current timetables to take you to work, school or wherever you need to get to during this time. Our timetables can be found here.

When travelling it is more important than ever that you follow the government guidelines and most importantly wear a face covering during the entire journey unless exempt and if you are on a double deck bus sit upstairs if you can, to help with social distancing.

Throughout this time our customer services will be open so you can continue to contact us by phone, social media or email. Our contact details can be found here.

Our Travel Shops in Crawley Bus Station and Redhill Bus Station will remain open throughout but our Gatwick Travel Shop continues to remain closed.

If you have an active ticket and have any questions about what will happen to any used days, please get in touch with customer services or visit your local travel shop.

We would like to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to make our services as safe as possible, with extra cleaning, limits on capacity to enable social distancing and the ventilation holes on the driver''s cab assault screens sealed.

Latest coronavirus update from Metrobus

Throughout the coronavirus outbreak, we have always followed government advice for the transport sector at all times.

We would like to thank you and all of our other passengers for following the government’s social distancing advice to not leave their home, except for essential journeys.

As a result of heeding the government’s advice of staying at home, there are 90% fewer people travelling by bus. This has greatly reduced the interaction between passengers travelling on the bus and with our employees.

With only 10% of customers travelling compared to normal, the number of employees we need to work has also reduced so a significant number of our employees are now furloughed and safe at home.

For our employees who are still at work ensuring essential journeys can still take place, you and other passengers can help keep them safe by:

Only making journeys that are essential:

•	Not travelling by bus if you feel unwell or have COVID-19 symptoms
•	Having your ticket, app, key card or cash ready to pay before you board the bus
•	Having the exact fare when paying by cash
•	Boarding the bus one at a time

These measures ensure the risk to you and other passengers on the bus is also minimised and ensure key workers can travel. When travelling on the bus, try and sit 2 metres apart where possible and make use of the upper deck, where available too.

We’re doing a lot more to keep our employees safe, some behind the scenes at our depot too, these all help protect passengers as well:

•	The driver cab security screens have had film applied to them to cover the holes.
•	Enhanced cleaning, using stronger cleaning products, of the driver’s cab, and other commonly touched parts of buses (e.g. doors, poles, bells, card readers).
•	Providing our drivers with wipes to be able to clean their cab.
•	Providing access to wipes for employees across the company to keep their work areas clean.
•	Providing our drivers and employees with gloves to use whilst working.
•	Reinforcing the message that employees should wash their hands at regular intervals.
•	Installation of additional hand sanitiser dispensers at all of our depots and facilities.
•	Not giving change on cash fares when the exact fare isn’t provided, so our drivers don’t handle any money.
•	Providing plastic bags for passengers to drop cash into when paying by cash.
•	Taping off the seats closest to the driver so they can’t be used.
•	Addition of stickers on buses asking passengers to sit 2m apart.
•	Closing the Travel Shops and handling customer queries by telephone, email and social media.
•	Spacing out employees who work in offices and depots to minimise their contact with each other.
•	Allowing those who can work from home to do so and supporting them with regular contact.
•	Ensuring employees who have received a 12 week shielding letter from the NHS are not at work.
•	Regular advice, information and guidance on the steps employees should take to practice social distancing when at work.
•	Regular communication and discussion with the recognised trade union, Unite.

We will continue to follow all advice issued by the government and thank all of our employees – and our passengers – for their support during this difficult time.

Introducing the Santa Bus

In the city of Brighton, Santa usually does a tour in a bus in the lead up to Christmas, it''s a long standing annual tradition.

The Santa Bus has raised an incredible amount for charities and local groups over the years.

This year, however, due to the restrictions for coronavirus, the Santa Bus has moved online to keep everyone safe.

As it is online, and Brighton & Hove Bus Company and Metrobus are one company the reach of the Santa Bus has been extended up to Sussex, Surrey and Kent.

Full details will be announced shortly but the Brighton & Hove Buses and Metrobus' Santa Bus will raise money for 12 local charities and community groups this Christmas, encouraging online donations through a Go Fund Me page and selling limited edition Santa Bus festive face coverings. There will also be competitions and other activities available online too, to help everyone get in the Christmas spirit in the safest possible way.

The 12 chosen local organisations will be announced next week, along with more details of the fundraising campaign and Christmas online competitions.

Managing your health and safety on board

The health and safety of our customers and colleagues is always our top priority. That''s why we''ve stepped up our procedures such as additional cleaning in response to the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Public Health England, the National Health Service, the World Health Organisation and transport industry bodies have all issued detailed guidance that we are following very closely.

The current government advice is that people continue to use buses and other forms of public transport as they go about their lives as usual. The buses circulate air through regular intakes every time the bus stops and most have windows which can be opened at any time.

Keeping the windows open

We know it will be starting to get colder but please keep the windows open on our buses. It helps with ventilation replacing the air on board and keeping it fresh.

Keeping the buses clean

We use hospital grade cleaning products. As well as the usual nightly clean, buses are now cleaned while out in service up to 5 times a day - our team of cleaners jump on buses throughout the day giving an extra clean of touch points such as grab poles and stop buttons.

Changes to services from 11th April

There are further changes to our services from this Saturday 11th April to take into account the sharp fall in passenger numbers and to comply with government rules about social distancing on buses.

Service levels have also been set to conform to the new 50% loading rules under the government’s Covid-19 Bus Services Support Grant scheme, ensuring key workers and passengers making essential journeys travel safely.

We continue to focus on maintaining journeys for key workers, particularly on those bus routes serving hospitals. In addition, we have retimed Monday to Friday journeys on Route 430 to arrive earlier at East Surrey Hospital, following feedback from NHS staff.

A summary of details can be found below:

Route 1 – further changes will occur on this service.

Route 3 – a special timetable is introduced for Sundays - with the 1812 and 2026 departures from Crawley withdrawn and the 2024 departure from Gatwick withdrawn. Further changes to Monday to Saturdays timetable.

Route 11 – will not operate.

Routes 51, 61 and 65 - will no longer operate on Saturdays. Special timetables will be introduced for Monday to Fridays.

Route 93 and 98 - further changes will occur on these services.

Fastway 100 and Route 200 – Special timetables will be introduced on these services.

Route 420 and 460 - Special timetables will be introduced on these services.

Route 430 – first journey on Mondays-Fridays has been re-timed to arrive earlier at East Surrey Hospital in response to feedback from staff at the hospital. No other changes.

Route 480 – will operate on Saturday and Sundays only. The Monday – Friday service will not operate.

Route 820 – will not operate.

Now that non-essential shops have reopened, and more people are returning to work, we are expecting our buses to become busier.

If you haven''t travelled with us recently, we''ve put together some helpful tips on making travel by bus safer. In line with Government guidance, please don''t forget to bring a face covering with you for your journey. This can be a mask, scarf, snood, bandana or even something homemade. Some people may be exempt from wearing a face covering. You can find all the information, including details of exemptions, on our website

Before you travel

Paying by contactless, mobile app or key card is preferred. You can download our app or top up your key card ready for your journey. If you can only pay by cash, please use the exact fare as our drivers are unable to give change. Our drivers have plastic bags for your to drop your cash into to minimise contact.

At the bus stop

Capacity is currently restricted due to social distancing requirements - the lower capacity levels are clearly displayed on the side of our buses. Please board the bus one at a time and let others off first. If the bus is full, only one passenger can board for every passenger that gets off.

Sit 2 metres apart where possible. When leaving the bus, ring the bell and wait in your seat. Please avoid queuing in the aisle or next to the driver. A line on the floor is near the driver - please stand behind the line until the bus has stopped and the doors have opened, to help reduce contact.

Get your back to school ticket early and save 5%

We are offering families 5% off back to school child tickets on a key card or mobile app if they buy it before Sunday 23 August and avoid the last minute rush.

Our free child key card offers access to great deals for young people aged between 5 and 16. With this card, you can load tickets straight on to the key card online, use it to accompany child mobile tickets on the app, or to pay a reduced cash fare from the driver.

To get the discount, all you need to do is to quote ''BACK2SCHOOL'' online, on our mobile app or in store. If you have more than one child, they all get the discount.

Face coverings in our Crawley Travel Shop

If you need to go to Crawley Travel Shop, don''t forget it falls under the guidance for mandatory wearing of face coverings. Unless you have an exemption, please make sure you wear one in the shop. Face coverings are also required at enclosed bus stations at Horsham and Redhill.

Hand sanitisers on every bus

We now have hand sanitisers fitted to all of our buses. They are there to be used when you board our buses.

Buses are cleaned with hospital grade cleaning products and up to 5 times a day out on the road on touchpoints such as bus stop buttons and hand rails.

Back to work or school next week? If yes, find out what''s changed and how we are keeping everyone safe on our buses so you can travel with confidence. We have six months'' experience of providing bus services safely throughout this pandemic and we have plenty of safety measures in place. Read on to find out more.

On Tuesday 1 September we increased our services to provide more choice and opportunities to travel safely. With plenty of capacity on board throughout the day it makes it even easier to reconnect with the people and places you love.

Our buses are put through a rigorous cleaning regime every night using hospital grade cleaning products. Our cleaning team is also out every day at key locations, jumping onto our buses to give them an additional wipe down using the same high standard cleaning product - this occurs up to five times a day.

We've also put together safer travel guidance to protect our colleagues and your fellow passengers. This includes information on wearing face coverings, social distancing, and preferred payment options.

Getting you back to school safely

The safety of children returning to school is paramount - we want to get them there and back quickly and as safely as possible.

We have worked very closely with the local authorities in all of the areas we serve and with the head teachers of many schools to get children back to school safely.

A number of regular journeys have been converted to be available to schoolchildren only, as well as adding extra school buses. Schoolchildren only journeys are open to those aged 18 and under and are clearly marked on our timetables.

We have reduced cash handling to minimise contact. If you do pay in cash a change voucher will be given in return which can be used in exchange for further journeys. We have alternative payment methods such as the Child key card or mobile app. We highly recommend to get your Child key card from our travel shops at Crawley Bus Station and Redhill Bus Station as soon as possible. As with all shops, capacity is limited in our travel shops and you need to wear a face covering.

Coronavirus update

This is just a reminder about the changes that are occurring across the Metrobus network tomorrow (4th April).

All of the new timetables are now updated and available to view here

Below is the summary of the changes that will take place from tomorrow, 4th April:

It is with regret that we are withdrawing Routes 21, 22, 84, 273, 281 and 318 entirely from 4th April for the foreseeable future due to very low passenger numbers.

Changes will occur on Fastway 10, Fastway 20 and the following Routes 23, 93, 270 and 291.

Further to the above changes the Sunday and Public Holidays service will no longer operate on the following routes: 23, 93, 98, 270 and 291.

There are some minor amendments to Routes 1, 2 and 3.

Our new routes in Epsom, the E9 and E10, which we start operating tomorrow will also be running to a reduced timetable.

We have brought in these changes due to the ongoing impacts of the coronavirus. We are changing our levels of service to better reflect significantly reduced levels of demand and resource available.

Face coverings to be worn in our Crawley Travel Shop from tomorrow

Our travel shop at Crawley Bus Station will fall under the new government guidance for the mandatory wearing of face coverings in shops from tomorrow, 24^th July, so we ask, that unless you have an exemption, please make sure you wear a face covering when entering the travel shop.

Under the new guidance, there may be some circumstances where staff may not need to wear a mask. This will generally be when they are protected by a screen or if they are helping a customer who needs to lip read, or if they have an exemption themselves. All staff have access to face coverings if they need one however.

Just a reminder that it is still mandatory to wear a face covering on our buses unless you have an exemption. You can find full details here.

We also have our supervisor team out on buses handing out free face masks and Helping Hand exemption cards for those that need one.

Coronavirus update

If you have just resumed travelling with us again then we'd like to welcome you back on board.

If you are new to travelling with us again or have been travelling with us throughout this difficult time we wanted to let you know the latest safety information for travelling on our buses.

Keeping our buses clean

Every bus is subjected to a rigorous clean through every night. Our cleaners have been using the highest quality cleaning products - as used in NHS hospitals - to minimise viral and bacterial risks.

Every day, we have cleaners out on the street at key locations, jumping on our buses to give them an additional wipe down on the touch points, such as stop buttons and hand rails. They use the same high standard cleaning product as the overnight clean - this occurs three or four times a day. The cloths that the on street cleaners use are pre-soaked in the anti-viral and anti-bacterial cleaning product before each wipe down so you are unlikely to see spray being used.

Our drivers also carry cleaning products and very often clean their own surface and touch points outside as well as inside the cab when they take a bus into service.

Face Coverings Team - on buses

You might have seen our Face Coverings Team on our buses lately. They are there to talk with passengers not wearing face coverings and encourage them to wear them. The team carries free issue face masks and exemption Helping Hand cards for those who are legitimately exempt and that choose to use them.

Also, it is not compulsory for drivers to wear face coverings. We do continue to make face masks available to drivers to be worn in close contact situations such as supporting a wheelchair user. They can wear them on a voluntary basis whilst in the cab although our drivers are already working behind a screen to protect them and our passengers

Face coverings in our travel shops

Our travel shops will fall under the new government guidance for the mandatory wearing of face coverings in shops from 24^th July, so we ask, that unless you have an exemption, please make sure you wear a face covering when entering our travel shops from that date.

Under the new guidance our staff only need to wear a face covering on a voluntary basis, we've provided them with face masks, but please don't be alarmed if they aren't wearing one.

Bus stop information

Throughout the pandemic our services have been changing fairly frequently as we adapted to the new situation. Unfortunately, this has meant that the information at bus stops has been incorrect, so we would like to apologise for that. We have around 3000 stops on the Metrobus network and with the almost weekly changes at one point it wasn't practical or possible to replace the information. We believe we're in a period of a bit more stability now, and we have begun a programme of replacing all bus stop information so that they are showing the current timetables, you will notice this replacement over the next month as we work our way around the entire network.

Capacity on our buses

To meet social distancing guidelines our passenger capacity on buses is currently going to be limited to just under 50% of normal seated capacity. As lock down restrictions continue to ease and more people are travelling we have reviewed our seating guidance so we can safely carry more passengers. We have consulted with government and The Confederation of Passenger Transport UK (CPT) that this change in social distancing on board public transport is allowed and is necessary to help get the country moving again.

This Saturday, 18th July, we are making a few adjustments to capacity, mainly to the capacities on our double decker buses. It will clearly state on a notice by the front doors what the capacity is on the bus.

Every seat bay on our vehicles may be used unless closed; like rear facing seats and seats too near to the driver. Households and bubbles can travel together so please respect the driver's decision to carry more passengers than the capacity notice states at times.

As ever, when the bus is full then the bus will display a 'Bus Full' sign and only one person can get on for every one person that gets off so the driver may not be able to let you board the bus, so please be prepared to wait for the next service if necessary.

Just a reminder that on 18th July the times on some of our services are changing: Routes 1, 2, Fastway 10, Fastway 100 and 200.

Travelling with confidence

If you are travelling with us we want everyone on board our buses to be as safe as possible, here''s a reminder of our guidance:

Wash your hands before and after travelling with us. We have hand sanitisers fitted to all of our buses. You can use them, if you wish, on boarding the bus. Changes to services from 25th April

There are further changes to a small number of our services from tomorrow, Saturday 25th April.

A summary of details can be found below:

Fastway 10 - the current special timetable remains in place on Mondays-Fridays, but a new Saturday/Sunday special timetable will be introduced.

Fastway 20 - a new special daily timetable will be introduced.

Route 231 - a special Mondays-Fridays timetable will be introduced. Saturdays retains the normal timetable.

Route 233 - a special Mondays-Fridays timetable will be introduced. Saturdays retains the normal timetable.

Route 280 - this will be suspended. Go Coach are operating a Saturday service on the route which provides alternative options

Route 271 - a special Monday-Fridays and Saturdays timetable will be introduced. Sundays retains a normal timetable. The changes only affect the Haywards Heath to Crawley section, so Hospital staff will be unaffected.

Route 272 - a special Monday-Fridays and Saturdays timetable will be introduced. The changes only affect the Haywards Heath to Crawley section, so Hospital staff will be unaffected.

These changes take into account the sharp fall in passenger numbers. We continue to focus on maintaining journeys for key workers, particularly on those bus routes serving hospitals.

Service levels have also been set to conform to the new 50% loading rules under the government’s Covid-19 Bus Services Support Grant scheme, ensuring key workers and passengers making essential journeys travel safely.

Face covering guidance

As you will be aware it is now mandatory to wear a face covering on our buses. If you don''t have a face mask it could be a scarf, snood, bandana or even something you can make out of an old t-shirt. View this handy guide on how to wear and make a face covering.

It is important to say that some people are exempt from wearing face coverings due to health, age or equality reasons, so you will see people on our buses without face coverings. A list of exemptions can be found here or view the Government''s list here.

People who are exempt are not required to prove why when boarding the bus. We understand though that people might like some help and support so we have introduced an exemption card as part of our Helping Hand passenger assistance scheme. You can send away for one, but we have also uploaded a pdf version onto our website so you can print one off yourself or screenshot it on your phone and show the driver when boarding - please note this is not a requirement.

Our drivers are also exempt from wearing a face covering while driving a vehicle, so please don''t be alarmed if they aren''t wearing one, they are behind a screen. If they do need to get out of the cab to help someone, then they will wear a face covering.

Travel on our buses with confidence

We continue to make our buses as safe as possible for you to travel on.

We wanted to remind you about the measures we have taken over the last several months and to reassure you that they are still in place, and that safety for passengers and our staff is at the top of our minds while running our services.

Buses are cleaned each night in the depot with hospital grade products. They are then cleaned up to 5 times a day out on the road, our cleaners jump on board the buses at the roadside and wipe down all the common touch points such as grab handles and bus stop buttons.

Capacity is limited on buses to aid social distancing with seats taped off and stickers on seats asking people not to use those particular seats - these seats are generally those right next to the driver or facing backwards.

We have tried to reduce the handling of cash and have been encouraging passengers to use contactless, the app, or the key smartcard to pay for travel. We do still accept cash but we won''t provide change if the exact fare isn''t provided.

Within the next week each bus will be fitted with a hand sanitiser so you will be able to sanitise your hands on boarding our buses. We would still recommend you follow the government advice of washing your hands frequently and before and after travelling on a bus.

As well as what we''ve been doing here's our latest advice for what you can do to help you travel with confidence and as safely as possible:

Keep windows open to allow more fresh air on our buses.

Getting you to school safely

We take getting children to school as safely as possible very seriously.

At the start of term we communicated widely advice and guidance for travelling to school on our buses.

Most of the guidance is exactly the same as for others using the service, with information about our cleaning regime, and keeping windows open to refresh the air applying to school journeys.

For those who are 11 years and older then face coverings must be worn unless there is a genuine exemption - details of which can be found here.

When travelling on 'schoolchildren only' services children should sit in their school bubbles as defined by the school in conjunction with the Department for Education. When travelling to school on regular bus services children should follow the guidelines for travelling on public transport and where possible sit upstairs on double deck buses.

It''s really important that these guidelines are followed to make travelling as safe as possible for everyone.

World Car Free Day

We celebrated World Car Free Day on Tuesday 22nd September.

This day encourages people to leave the car at home and use other means to travel from walking, cycling and of course using public transport.

The benefits of leaving the car at home are many, from reduced congestion and pollution to improved health from the extra walking - in the UK the average number of steps to a bus stop is around 1000, so great for your step count.

The bus is also not just for your daily commute, there are amazing parks, countryside walks and outside places where you can get fresh air and they are accessible through our network.

Santa Bus has arrived

Our online Santa Bus has now arrived. We''ve announced the 12 local charities and community groups that we''re encouraging online donations for - through a Go Fund Me page. We''re also selling limited edition Santa Bus festive face coverings to help raise funds for the charities / community groups.

There are lots of activities to download such as colouring in, puzzles, even write a letter to Santa.

Face coverings on board

Please remember that you must wear a face covering at all times when on the bus - and cover both your nose and mouth. There are exemptions to wearing a face covering so please be kind to those who aren''t wearing one.

Keep windows open

We need to keep the air flowing on our buses to help with ventilation, please don''t shut any windows that are open. It''s winter now so we would advise to wrap up warm when on the bus due to the windows being open.

Changes to Routes 1, 2, Fastway 10, Fastway 100 & Route 200 from 18th July

On 18th July some services are changing. A summary can be found below:

Route 1 - increase in service up to every 20 minutes Monday to Saturday during the daytime.
Route 2 - increase in service up to every 15 minutes Monday to Saturday during the daytime. It will also be extended to K2 from this date, or when the Leisure Centre re-opens
Fastway 10 - increase in service up to every 8 minutes Monday to Saturday during the daytime. Increase up to every 12 minutes on Sunday during the daytime
Fastway 100 - the Monday to Saturday 0656 from Gatwick South Terminal towards Redhill will now start at Crawley Bus Station at 0655 on Monday to Friday, and at 0710 at Gatwick South Terminal on Saturday.
Route 200 - Additional morning journeys from Bewbush to Gatwick and afternoon journey from Gatwick to Bewbush added on Monday to Friday, and an additional afternoon journey from Horsham added on Monday to Saturday.

Changes to services from 1st September

We'd like to welcome you back on board our services. If you haven't been on board our buses for a while then please take a look at our safer travel guidance, you can also read about what we have been doing to help make using the bus safer and give you the confidence to travel.

Just a reminder that on Monday 31st August (bank holiday) we are running a Sunday service and that most of our services are changing on 1st September.

School journeys and school routes will be running again. We are converting a number of regular bus journeys to be available to schoolchildren only, as well as adding many extra school buses (schoolchildren only journeys are open to those aged 18 and under). Schoolchildren only journeys are clearly marked on the timetables.

Getting you back to school safely

Safety is of paramount importance. We now have six months' experience of providing bus services safely during the pandemic. We have put plenty of safety measures in place such as extra cleaning (using hospital grade products) plus on street cleaning is carried out up to five times a day directly on our buses.

We have reduced cash handling to minimise contact. If you do pay in cash a change voucher will be given in return which can be used in exchange for further journeys. We have alternative payment methods to cash such as the key smart card or mobile app. Find out more here.

Concessionary Travel

From Tuesday 1st September local authority regulations regarding the acceptance of concessionary passes in East Sussex and Kent will return to normal, and special dispensations put in place at the start of coronavirus will end.

Holders of Brighton & Hove issued concessionary passes will no longer be able to board between 04:00 and 09:00 on Mondays to Fridays from Monday 7th September.
