Hello there,
It’s been 6+ months since our last event and I’m so excited to reach out with some new announcements. As you know, 2020 has thrown us all a major curve ball with the COVID-19 pandemic and we’ve seen so much of our workforce changing and adapting to accommodate this “new normal” we now live in. MLconf has had to adjust alongside everyone else and although our popular in-person events are on hold for the time being, we’re so excited to announce that we are partnering with ModalityIQ, founded by Richard Rivera and Peter Spinelli, to gather the community around machine learning topics through webinars, online conferences, training series, podcasts and more, all to better engage and serve the MLconf community going forward.
Please help me welcome Rich and Pete to the MLconf community!
We’ll be reaching out to the
community to participate in these upcoming events, inviting you to share content, recent lessons learned, and to participate in the discussion of how machine learning is a huge component in this ever changing world. We’re looking forward to hearing about how you’re applying machine learning and your updates!
Our first webinar will be on August 6th on the Importance of Infrastructure in the Support of AI/ML Applications, sponsored by Red Hat. Keep your eyes out for more details from us soon.
As mentioned above, we’ve had to adjust to this new environment which means our MLconf events will now be hosted online this year with the format and
theme remaining quite similar to our in-person events. Our first ‘MLconf Online’ conference will take place in November and we’re calling for speakers now! Check out more details on our call for speakers and apply via this form.
We’re very excited to have you involved in these upcoming community activities!
Best,
Courtney
