We would love you to take on this new Richmond Park CheckPoint Challenge. Once registered you can take on this challenge anytime you like between the 30th October up until the 8th November.

Running our normal course we use for all our live events you can run this for free and we have created QR codes so you check in to start and check out to finish! The QR codes will be at the event hub area we use next to East Sheen Gate Carpark.

What you do is scan the code with your phone and as soon as it shows that you are checked in you start your run. And once you scan it once finished your result goes live!

Come and run the stunning course at Richmond Park and we will provide all the information you need to help get around the course without any issues.

And if you want to get yourself a CheckPoint Medal that is entirely up to you. Just order one when registering.

You can also order a Richmond Park t-shirt at a super cheap price as part of entering this event.

We are very pleased that our health and fitness partner Cocoon Health are continuing their virtual online fitness classes for June.

You can join any of their classes that take place via zoom 3 times a week. The classes include HIT body weight sessions, Yoga and strength. Classes are aimed at helping you if you are a runner, cyclist or triathlete. Feedback has been extremely positive!

They are offering their incredible price of ?8 for the month of May. This price is available for the first 50 registrations and it will then go up to ?16.

After my 6 day ultra Marathon through the Sahara Desert the "Marathon Des Sables" and the London Marathon were postponed I decided to set myself a challenge whilst trying to raise money and awareness for Children With Cancer UK so I decided to run a marathon in my back garden. I set up an aid station with water, electrolytes and snacks and just started.

It took me 873 laps and 4hrs 57minutes to complete but the best part was breaking through the toilet roll finish made by my son. It's the only marathon I'll ever come first in, lol.

I had to change direction every 20mins to save my knees but In a weird way I really enjoyed it, it was a lovely sunny day and the kids were cheering me on. The grass has really taken a pounding and doesn't seem to be growing back.

I was hoping that maybe a few friends or family would see it on social media and make a donation but it's gone viral and been on the TV, Radio and over 150 newspapers. I've managed to raise nearly ?4400 with gift aid and had over 40 donations from complete strangers since it's been in the media.

The generosity and support I've received has been amazing and has really moved me.This is a really tough time for Charities but hopefully this might inspire people to continue with there fundraising efforts.
