Hello Michael,

You may have received an email today from Stewart Lochrie of Wolfson Brands advising that with immediate effect they are moving all of their brands from the MoreNiche network to their new affiliate platform.

This email was as much of a surprise to myself and my team as it was to you.

In fact, the first I heard of it was when I received a call from one of the team while doing the weekly supermarket shop.

When they told me what had just happened, I nearly dropped my eggs!

Let me assure you that we had absolutely no knowledge of Wolfson's plans to leave the network until that email went out to you.

In their email, Wolfson cites an ongoing dispute with MoreNiche as the reason for leaving the network.

While it is true that there has been a dispute, we have attempted through numerous negotiations to resolve this over the last few months.

Up until tonight, we were under the impression that we had managed to resolve this amicably.

We have now discovered that Wolfson Brands have been working on their own affiliate network for months (website registered on August 24th 2019).

This is a great deal longer than the disagreement that has been going on between us.

This and their unexpected decision to leave the network in such a manner and with no notice means that they have breached our partnership agreement.

As you can imagine I am still in shock, and I'm sure you are too!

What happens now?

PhenQ and Phen24 Traffic

As you probably know, we have already been working on PrimeShred, an exciting new fat burner which is due to launch at the end of November.

In response to Wolfson's decision to leave the network, we are now relabeling some of the PrimeShred stock as PhenGold.

All PhenQ and Phen24 traffic will be redirected to this new brand with immediate effect.

PhenGold will be paying 40% commission.

We are also launching the following promotions with immediate effect:

• PhenGold will be paying a $20 reward for every review added online (one reward per website).

• PhenGold will be paying 50% commission for the peak weight loss season (January-March 2021).

CrazyBulk and DBal Traffic

Currently, we do not have a like for like replacement for these brands.

However, we have recently been considering creating a new legal steroid alternative brand: Brutal Force.

We will now be pushing full steam ahead with this brand and working all weekend to build this.

Like CrazyBulk, Brutal Force will be a multi-product store selling legal steroid alternatives.

We have already spoken to our supplier and stock will be available in three weeks.

Brutal Force will be paying 40% commission.
