Dear Esteemed Members, ?

Greetings of the Vasant Ritu (Spring)! May you fully enjoy nature and life as they come out of winter's languor and take sprightly gait into the unfolding charm of the season!

As Muse India takes it own energetic strides into its nineties, the Mar-Apr 2020 Issue (No. 90) is at your fingertips. It takes a look at some of the 'Flux and Fusions in English Studies' that is governing the course of education and writing in English in India presently. Edited by Dr B Cauveri, it offers thought-provoking articles and conversations. Literature is a candid reflection of the outer and inner worlds we experience, and true to this, our brief literary section and those of poetry, fiction and book-reviews present various aspects of life's own tryst with its fluxes and fusions. We hope the mix of content the Issue offers will make you mull and muse. Your feedback and suggestions will help us constantly probe life in its various avatars.

As a sequel to our coverage on Children's literature in our previous Issue, the next Issue of Muse India (No.91) will take a look at Children's Literature in the Telugu Land, to be edited by Mr Atreya Sarma, the Chief Editor. The last date for submissions for this feature is Mar 31, 2020. Muse India Issue 92 will be a Special Issue on Odia literature to be curated by Prof Sachidananda Mohanty, our Contributing Editor for Odia and former Vice Chancellor of the Central University of Odisha, Koraput. Further details will be released soon in the 'Forthcoming' link of Muse India. All those interested in contributing may stay tuned and write to us.

We profusely thank all the contributors of the current Issue and Ms Nighat M Gandhi who has graciously sponsored the Issue.

I am glad to announce that Ms A Annapurna Sharma has taken charge as the Deputy Chief Editor of Muse India. Over the past two years she did splendid work as the Editor of 'Your Space' that saw it grow in popularity and appeal. Ms Giti Tyagi, a versatile writer, takes over as the Editor of 'Your Space.'

With warm wishes,

GSP Rao
Managing Editor
