Chef Ashley is putting Korean BBQ sauce on thinly-sliced pork belly and putting it into a sandwich with caramelized kimchee, pickled jalapeños and melted provolone. Per usual, our sandwich bread is Flour Bakery’s country loaf and we’re putting a turmeric pickle spear on the plate! It’s the perfect, Korean-influenced lunch!

We don’t know for sure, but we bet there will be a couple of things missing from your Thanksgiving table. We’re talking dumplings, fresh rolls, noodles, etc. So here’s a heads up that we’ll be hosting DIM SUM BRUNCH the next day. Bring in the fam (or friends) on Friday, 11/29, starting at 11:30am for the Asian food fix you’ll need after all that turkey. Make a reservation through RESY.

We've got some new sparkling wine on our Fall wine list and you'll never guess where these bubbles are from... NEW MEXICO! That's right. "Sauvage" is a 100% sparkling Chardonnay from the Gruet winery near Albuquerque and is named for it's wild, untamed qualities. It's a soft, bone-dry bubbler with minerally aromas and flavors of bright citrus. 


I asked a French person if he played video games and he said “Wii”.
