It''s the last chance to submit nominations for the 2020 National Live Music Awards, as they close tomorrow at 11.59pm AEST.

Head HERE to let the national judges know who should receive a nomination at this year''s event, which in addition to many of the usual awards, will also be acknowledging a number of individuals, organisations and initiatives who have been unsung heroes for the live music industry during the Covid-19 pandemic and the preceding bushfire crisis. 

We''re also celebrating live music journalists for the first time, and live streaming performances can be taken into account in all categories.

The 5th Annual NLMAs will be streamed live around the country from The Triffid on October 20th. More details about the night will be revealed closer to the date. Tickets to the event will be invite only.

About the National Live Music Awards

Now in their fifth year, the National Live Music Awards are Australia's only awards dedicated to contemporary live music performance, celebrating the diversity and success of Australian live artists; recognising the best vocal talents and musicians alongside the finest venues, events/festivals and industry.

The awards are voted on by a judging pool, composed of 100 members of the live industry, including past winners/nominees, fellow musicians, media, venues & bookers. There are also a select number of awards voted on by the general public. Judges are elected by the Board of the NLMAs, with a requisite of gender-balance and diversity.
