Welcome to novoWorx™.

Your trial version is ready for download. This is a 30-day trial with unlimited access to the Basic NGS Alignment and Sort with Mark duplicates, Targeted Amplicon Sequence Analysis and Whole Exome Sequence Analysis pipelines. After the trial period is over, you will still be able to use the Free Edition with Basic NGS Alignment and Sort with Mark duplicates function (multithreaded disabled).

We have two options for you to choose from:

Option1: Run the novoWorx™ AMI on your own Amazon Web Services (AWS) account at your own cost for computing and resources.

Option 2: Download novoWorx™ as a virtual machine archive (OVA) that will be installed directly in your pc,server or laptop.

You can choose to download the novoWorx™ OVA from either one of the following links:-

The OVA file is roughly 5.7GB in size. Please be aware that this may cause the initial download to be rather slow and will take longer on slower bandwidths. If you have a limited bandwidth or are unable to download files from the internet, please contact us at novoworx.support@novocraft.com and we will be happy to arrange any alternative methods of getting you your OVA file.

novoWorx™ is currently tested and built for Google Chrome Build 53.0.2785.116 m.
Other Browsers that are supported for novoWorx™ are:

1. Chromium build 37.0.2062.120-1
2. Vivaldi build 1.4.589.11 and above

The following browsers have been tested with novoWorx™ but have limited support  until further releases
