Hi Mason, 

Last month I spoke with Sarah McCann-Bartlett, CEO of AHRI, to discuss the impact of COVID-19 on business and the implications for leaders, HR and the broader workforce. Her advice is that building self-awareness and deep digital skills is key. Self-awareness is a starting point to building resilience and increasing our ability to adapt and change during this difficult time. This is also a time for innovation and to look at changes to operating models; towards this we are encouraged to develop our understanding of data analytics and artificial intelligence and to consider how we can automate the manual aspects of our roles to focus on high value activities.
