• But, protein also increases insulin.

Do not get lost in the numbers! The key is starting.

This person''s macros to start are 105g protein, 210g carbs, 93g fat. 

But, the most important concept is stated at the end of the video. People worry about starting at the perfect numbers. You may get confused because these numbers may be different than numbers you calculate from a website. That doesn''t matter that much! The important thing is to start somewhere and over time, this will help figure out your perfect numbers.
