The Milkshake IPA is cementing itself as a force to be reckoned with. Our friends at Hop Culture along with Parish Brewing and Great Notion Brewing explained the essential features of the Milkshake IPA. Beyond these features, Hop Culture dives into the history of this style and shares a few of their favorites.

Randy Mosher also touched on this trend in the January issue of Craft Beer and Brewing. He discusses how fruited additions can contribute to the overall mouthfeel and color of the final product.

Tangerine Puree: Peak tangerine season stretches from now into early spring, making this the perfect season for brewing with tangerine puree.
