August 2019 zur Änderung unserer Nutzungsbedingungen/ AGBs (siehe unten anschließende E-Mail), senden wir Ihnen unten aufgeführt eine detaillierte Beschreibung, wie Sie sich ab sofort mit Ihrer Kreditkarte in unserem Bezahlsystem anmelden können, um einen reibungslos fortgesetzten Stitching Prozess über unsere Cloud ab dem 1. September 2019 zu garantieren.

How to add your credit card to your Panono cloud account:
If you are already logged in, you can skip this step:
Open your browser and go to https://cloud.panono.com/account/log-in and enter your email or username and password and click "Log in".

1) On the top right, next to your username, click the three vertical dots and click "ADMIN".
|
|
|
2) Click "BILLING" or go to this link: https://cloud.panono.com/acc/admin/billing
|
|
|
3) Click "Add card":
|
|
|
4) Fill out the form and hit the blue "Save & accept terms of use" button. Depending on the location, the postcode has to be entered after expiry date and CVC of your credit card:

Sehr geehrte Panono-Nutzer,
Vielen Dank für Ihr Vertrauen in unser Hardware-Produkt und die damit verbunden Anwendungen, mit denen wir Ihnen die höchstauflösendsten 360-Grad-Fotos im Markt liefern. Unser Foto-Stichting-Service und Speichern von Fotos auf unserer Online-Plattform ist seit über vier Jahren für Sie verfügbar und seit mehr als zwei Jahren als Angebot der Professional360 GmbH.
Mit Wirkung zum 1. September 2019 werden wir unsere Nutzungsbedingungen/ AGBs ändern, um Ihnen die Weiterführung unserer Cloud-Dienste für das Stitching Ihrer Fotos in unserer Cloud garantieren zu können.
Bei unserem Workflow entstehen durch das Stitchen von Fotos direkte Kosten sowie Bearbeitungskosten. In den ersten Betriebsjahren unserer Startphase konnten wir diesen Service als kostenloses Geschenk an unsere Nutzer und Kunden weitergegeben. Mit zunehmendem Umfang der Inanspruchnahme unserer Dienstleistungen müssen wir diese Kosten nun an unsere Kunden weitergeben, um unser Geschäft und unsere Dienste aufrecht halten zu können, da diese Kosten bereits zu erheblichen Defiziten auf unserer Seite führen.
So müssen wir ab dem 1. September 2019 für jedes Foto, das über unsere Cloud-Plattform gesticht wird, 0,79 Euro berechnen. Sie können die neuen AGB unter folgendem Link aufrufen: https://panono.com/de/terms/
Um die Änderung schnell und unbürokratisch umzusetzen, führen wir ein automatisiertes Bezahlsystem ein, das zunächst ohne Ausnahmen für alle Nutzer gültig sein wird. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Kosten für alle Fotos entstehen, die ab dem 1. September 2019 auf unserer Plattform zu einem vollständigen 360-Grad-Bild gestitcht werden. Diese Änderung bezieht sich nicht auf Ihre alten Fotos, die vor diesem Datum aufgenommen oder gespeichert wurden, und die wir weiterhin kostenlos auf unserer Plattform für Sie bereithalten. Darüber hinaus entstehen keine Kosten für die Speicherung von Bildern oder die Dauer der Speicherung, auch nicht für Bilder, die ab dem 1. September 2019 gespeichert werden. Außerdem können Sie natürlich weiterhin beliebig viele freie Vorschaubilder über unsere Gratis-App anzeigen lassen und dann anhand der Vorschau entscheiden, welche Bilder Sie auf unserer Plattform stitchten wollen und welche nicht.
Wir kündigen Ihnen diese Änderung unserer Nutzungsbedingungen mehr als vier Wochen vor Datum des Inkrafttretens der AGBs an, damit Sie die Zeit nutzen können, um Ihrer Kreditkarten-Informationen (Zahlungsmöglichkeiten über aktuelle Kreditkarten, z.B. Master- oder Visa-Karte) in Ihrem Account zu hinterlegen und die neuen Bedingungen zu akzeptieren, damit unsere Dienste für Sie ab dem 1. September 2019 weiter reibungslos funktionieren.
Sobald wir alle relevanten Funktionen online aktiviert haben, senden wir Ihnen eine weitere E-Mail mit detaillierten Anweisungen zur Registrierung für den neuen Prozess.

Dear Panono users,
Thanks for your trust in our hardware and solutions, which provide you with the highest resolution 360 degree photos on the market. Our 360 degree photo stitching and storage service is available for you for over four years now, and more than two years under the company of Professional360 GmbH.
Effective from September 1st, 2019, we will change our terms of use in order to being able to guarantee you our continued cloud services for photo stitching.
In our workflow, the stitching of photos creates real costs as well as handling costs of our employees. In our first years of operations of our start up stage, we have given this service as a free gift to users. Now, with higher use and maturity of our services, we have to hand these costs over to our customers to maintain our business and operations, as these costs already start to produce heavy deficits on our side.
Thus, from September 1st, 2019, on we have to charge 0,79 Euro for each photo stitched over our cloud platform. You can view the new terms following this link: https://panono.com/en/terms/
For ease of introduction, we launch the automated system without any exceptions or alternative models. Please note, that the payment is based on the stitching process on our platform for all photos stitched to a full 360 degree picture from September 1st, 2019 on. This change does not account for all historic photos taken or stored before that date. Moreover, this change of our terms does not include costs for storage of pictures or duration of storage, also not for pictures taken from September 1st, 2019 on. In addition, you can furthermore take as many unstitched free preview photos with the camera as you wish, and then decide based on the preview which pictures you want to stitch or reject.
We announce this change of our terms more than four weeks before effective date, so that you can use the time to register on our account to accept the new terms and leave your credit card data (payment options via current credit cards, e.g. Master or Visa card), so that from September 1st, 2019 on, your system will work seamlessly.
As soon as online, we will send you another email with detailed instructions how to register for the new process.
