We are ceasing online coffee sales
At Patricia, as a team we have always been super passionate about hospitality and providing customers with a genuinely great experience every time they see us. We have been so thankful for all of the support during lockdown and it has certainly been an important factor for us surviving as a business. Unfortunately, it requires us to rely on third party courier companies that have different philosophies when it comes to quality of service and customer experience. As such, we really feel like we haven''t been able to provide the same standards of quality that we have always held ourselves to and as a result we have decided to no longer sell our coffee online.
We''re really sorry if this is bad news to anyone! If you want to order from us one final time, you still can - NOW. In fact you have up until Tuesday, December 22nd to place your order with us. We will be sending out the final orders on Wednesday the 23rd.
Subscriptions will continue to be fulfilled for the time being so if you have a coffee subscription with us, don''t worry, that isn''t coming to an end just yet. We will however no longer be accepting any new subscriptions.
Again, we''re sorry if any of this comes as a shock but, as you can probably tell from our social media presence, we like to do things face-to-face. We''d love to see you in store to pick up your beans, grab a coffee, or just to say hello. If that''s not an option for you - please forgive us. Just know that it comes from a place of sincerely wanting to provide everybody with a great experience, every time.
