Welcome to another edition of Physitrack Connect! It seems so recent that we were still busy evaluating the past year and setting up our Christmas trees. And before we knew it… February is upon us!
Last Saturday I had the honour of giving a guest lecture at the University of Antwerpen regarding the basics of digital health. I addressed that I see a lot of practitioners using Physitrack just for "digitising the piece of paper with stick figures", but our mission is bigger than that: we're here to help you and your clinic with digital transformation, improved care delivery and patient satisfaction, using Physitrack as the main tool to achieve it!
Do you want to know how we can help you? Follow our free, easy-to-follow Certification Program if you haven’t already done so to make sure you get the most out of Physitrack!
As always, let me know if we can help you with anything!
All the best,
Frank van Zon
Partner & Head of Business Development
New Feature: Team-wide logo and email update in PT Direct
Finally! No more need to individually update the logo, practice details and the patient onboarding email. You can now upload these settings for your whole team, in one place, just one time in your management account (PT Direct). This is how it works:
- Log in to Physitrack Direct (as the account owner);
- Navigate to Practitioners > Defaults;
- Adjust the Practice Details, Practice Logo or Email settings if needed
With this, everyone inside your organisation or clinic will have the same settings. No more individual work needs to be done!

Wunderschön! More than 4000 German exercises live
Our localisation efforts are continuing, and we are pleased to announce that our German library is now on par with our English library.
Over 4000 exercises have now been localised, and we are continuing to localise it in lockstep with the expansion of the English library.
And remember - if your clients have their phones set to German - this also means that they get a fully translated German interface AND exercise program when picking up your prescription, even when you prescribe the program from a non-German server!
Are you a German user? Get in touch with us and tell us about your experience. Can we do better? Let us know!
Updating exercise names for the US and Canada
As the amount of Physitrack users n the US and Canada continues to skyrocket, we have begun to localize our exercise names to better suit American and Canadian clinical language.
As of January 1st, we have 2 new members of our team who are Physical Therapists that specialize in clinical terminology. They are working hard to help make your Physitrack experience better and make exercises easier to find.
If you are a US or Canadian healthcare practitioner and have any ideas or comments about how we can better localize our library, please drop us a note.
???? Our own Henrik Molin (CEO) in the 'Clinic mastery' podcast
Last month, Physitrack CEO Henrik Molin got invited to join a podcast from Australia's Clinic Mastery to tell more about his background and the start of Physitrack.
During this podcast you will get to know Henrik and the story behind Physitrack, and the journey he went through with co-founder Nathan Skwortsow to provide a unique tech solution for health professionals that will make prescribing exercises easier and more interactive for their clients.

The Canadian Physiotherapy Association is now an official endorser of Physitrack!
Our presentations in British Columbia in the summer of 2016 marked the first time we took Physitrack across the Atlantic, and since then we have developed a bit of a love affair with this beautiful country.
We now have several thousand Canadian users, and our close collaboration with Jane, the leading EMR provider in Canada, has never been more fruitful (they are amazing, check them out at https://jane.app).
In January, we were given another great reason to love Canada...the Canadian Physiotherapy Association is now an official endorser of Physitrack! We look forward to welcoming many, many more of you lovely Canadians as customers to our little family!

63 universities using Physitrack worldwide
As you might know, Physitrack is not only
used in the clinical space but we also provide students across the world with Physitrack to familiarise them with the use of digital tools inside their practice and during their care delivery.
Last month, we were able to get several new universities on board. Not only were we able to enable new students in the Netherlands (University of Applied Sciences Leiden) and Germany (University of Bochum/FHM Bamberg/TH Rosenheim/Ludwig Fresenius Schule Oldenburg), but even in South America we launched a new partnership with the University of Córdoba in Argentina!
That brings us to a total of 63 collaborating universities
at this moment!
If you'd like free student access to Physitrack for students of your school or university, please email email@example.com
