We''re part of the #BluHope campaign ??

The #BluHope campaign, supported by Sir David Attenborough and Dr Sylvia Earle, launched today! It brings together five days of presentations and discussions tackling Plastic Pollution. See the line up.

We're playing our part by sharing our Plastic Detectives Activity Sheet which has been translated into Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Tamil and Khmer.

The Malaysian Ministry of Education will be distributing it to 10,000 primary and secondary school students!

December can be an intense time of year, especially if you''re away from home. Here are two things we've adopted that have helped us connect with nature, and feel more relaxed.

Wait for the birds

When you wake up, listen. Wait until you can hear the birds. Slowing down and meditating can have a wonderful impact on your wellbeing, but it may be hard to know where to start. This is simple. And a wonderful way to start the day.

Walk without tech

Go for a walk once a week without any technology on you - no phone, no Fitbit, no boombox, nothing. Enjoy what you hear. Enjoy what you see.
