Portsmouth City Council Sign Up Information

Hi there,

Thank you for signing up to take part in the testing of our website. We'll shortly begin randomly selecting volunteers from everyone who has offered to take part.

We will schedule a session in the Civic Offices in the next couple of weeks, where participants will use laptops and mobiles to interact with the website. This should take around 30-40 minutes.

We will be organising another session a few weeks later, so if you are not selected for the September session there will be another opportunity for you to take part.

If you are selected to take part, we'll contact you about 1-2 weeks in advance of the session to let you know the details and check if you're able to attend. The session will be on a weekday evening and is likely to start around 5.30pm.

If you can't attend or no longer wish to participate, please let us know and we'll remove your details from our listings.

Hi there,

We would like to invite you to take part in a group session to test the performance of our website and how easy it is to use.

The session will take place in the Civic Offices on Tuesday 10 September 2019 at 5.30pm, and should last around 30-40 minutes. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be available.

We may ask you to carry out some tasks on the website from your mobile phone at the session, so please bring your phone if you have one. If you don't have a phone, don't worry as there will other tasks to try out on our computers and tablets.

We will give you your voucher at the end of the session.

IMPORTANT - Please let us know whether you'll be able to attend the session or not. As the session will run outside of normal working hours, we will need to provide a list of names to the building's security team. If we don't hear from you within three days, we'll have to assume that you won't be attending, and will have to take your name off our list.
