Product Update: Reports

Have you ever wanted to know how your month or year is shaping up? With our new Reports feature, you can.

Open the Visibook app, tap the menu and you'll now see Reports (Beta). 

Quickly see how many Appointments you've made this month and year, as well as how much Revenue you've generated. Note that Appointments shown are based on when they took place, not when the date they were scheduled - example, an appointment scheduled on April 30 but taking place on May 1 would show up in your May report.

We're working on hard on a referral program that will reward you and any friends you refer with several free months worth of subscription fees. Thanks to everyone who shared your thoughts on how this program could work. More on this, soon.

Setting Up Client Self-Booking

Hi Jordan,

For many of our users, one of the best benefits of Visibook is the ability for clients to self-book. To enable this, you just need to complete two steps:

Step 1: Create Availabilities

Tap your calendar to get started.

Then size the availability box to match the time that you want to be available.

Follow the prompts from there.

Step 2: Check Customer Self-Booking Settings

Here's a video showing how you can customize how clients can self-book you.

You can even set it so that they cannot self-book.

Go to "Calendar Settings > Customer Self-Booking" to get started.

Record Your Personal Events in Visibook

Hi Jordan,

You can now record your personal events in Visibook, so you can do all of your calendaring in one place. Personal events block any available time, so you won't get double-booked.

• Personal events are invisible to clients.
• Clients cannot book you during this time.
• Personal events are free and unlimited!

How to Record a Personal Event

Tap your calendar to get started.

Tap the yellow button to create an appointment.

From the bottom of the next panel, select "Create a Personal Event."

Earn Free Months of Visibook
