Virtual reality just got a bit more realistic with a new VR device that emits scents. We recently worked with medtech startup OVR Technology to help bring the OX1 to market. The lightweight, wireless device attaches to the bottom of a VR head-mounted display that emits microscopic bursts of scented liquids under the user�s nose. Clinicians will use the OX1 to help treat soldiers with post-traumatic stress disorder.

Our stereolithography (SLA) process provides a range of plastic materials that are similar to injection-molded ABS, polypropylene, and polycarbonate. You can even get clear, transparent parts for flow-visualization models, light pipes, and lens applications.

Our proprietary material MicroFine GreenT can build parts with features as small as 0.0025 in.

Our nylon materials have mechanical properties suitable for functional prototyping and end-use production. You can even select mineral- and glass-filled nylons for applications that require high heat resistance or strength.

Metals
We have several metal alloys that range from stainless steel and aluminum to Cobalt Chrome and Inconel-perfect for heat exchangers, manifolds, and medical instrumentation. Material properties can be improved further with post-process heat treatment like hot isostatic pressing (HIP) or annealing.

Elastomers
Need flexible parts? We can also 3D print TPU, which is ideal for functional elastomeric parts like gaskets, handles, and hoses. And use PolyJet 3D printing for overmolded parts with various durometers or colors.
