WHAT ARE THE FLOATIES IN

MY DRINK?

CONGRATS! You've found a strand of the mother culture or SCOBY (symbiotic culture of good bacteria and yeast), which is the key ingredient in real, raw kombucha. It is normal to have pieces of the SCOBY and they are completely safe to consume. In fact, it's a good sign of a very healthy kombucha!

IS THERE ALCOHOL IN REMEDY KOMBUCHA?

Like many fermented foods and drinks, a trace amount of alcohol can be produced during the natural fermentation process of making kombucha, but REST EASY because our team in the lab thoroughly test each and every batch to ensure that it meets national standards for non-alcoholic drinks (for those playing at home it''s under 0.5%)

While kombucha is made from tea, the potency of the caffeine is reduced as a natural part of the fermentation process. Each serve of Remedy has less than 10mg of caffeine. To put this into perspective, tea or coffee can contain more than 100mg of caffeine depending on the type of coffee and how strongly it is brewed.
