After being closed for almost three months, we are experiencing longer lineups. As a result of physical distancing, our counting now takes slightly longer than it did previously. Due to overwhelming demand for Drop & Go, we have reached capacity for the system in a few locations and had to temporarily close Drop & Go until we deal with the backlog. We want to thank you for your patience during this time!
Outstanding Payments:
Drop & Go orders are usually paid between 3 to 5 business days after your drop off. Due to the overwhelming use of Drop & Go across the province since June 15th, your payment may take longer.
Due to increased demand, we may also need to split your order and process payment in batches to ensure we are moving product through our depots. If you have already received partial payment for your order and are awaiting additional payment for the remainder, please be patient as we clear our backlogged system this week. Please reach out to dropandgo@sarcan.sk.ca after this Friday (June 26th) if you have not yet received your split payment.
We are striving to keep up with the demand for the Drop & Go service, and we appreciate your understanding while we work to clear the backlog of containers from our three month closure.
