What questions and/or problems do you have with our apps, and which app(s) with, please?

Your apps & versions are listed quite interestingly, I must say:

• App version: Jon (seems to be a name?)
• Mobile OS: Palm OS – are you sure?
• Product: SplashTravel. Again, are you sure? This is very, very old now. I am not sure we are able to assist with this product anymore.
• Mobile device model: 07987765615, which I assume is your computer web browser web autofill wrongly filling in the field.
  This is supposed to have your mobile device brand and model.

Please tell me if you need anything else, or have any other questions or comments.

Interesting approach here.

You listed app versions as “Jon”. Should be something like 2.0, 3.0, 7.2.2, 8.2.2/etc.
You also listed product as SplashTravel and mobile OS kind as Palm OS.
Are you sure? This is very old, and not supported anymore.
