Support your community by donating to the City''s COVID-19 relief efforts
The City of Toronto welcomes business community partners to help the City deliver vital, community-focused services for those most impacted by COVID-19 through donations such as food, technology, services, partnerships or financial gifts.
With many food banks facing shortages, the City partnered with GlobalMedic and the University of Toronto Scarborough Campus to implement a food packaging and distribution system. Using the school gymnasium as the operation grounds, bulk food is re-packaged into smaller portions that are readily available for distribution at the food bank. The operation is helping provide food to those in need, producing over 1,000 kg of food a day. Learn how you can help at COVID-19: DonateTO.
