One century ago there was a flourishing avant-garde scene in Brussels. In 1922, Pierre and Victor Bourgeois, Pierre-Louis Flouquet, Karel Maes and Georges Monier launched the periodical 7 Arts, which would turn out to be of major influence on the art scene.

School''s out for Summer!

Very gradually we see more and more event announcements on the radar. A bunch of our partners is busy planning ''Coronaproof'' events. The new measurements don''t make it easy but certainly not impossible, so we are, as well as many of you, eager to put events on our Summer agenda.

We are very happy to inform Subbacultcha members will be able to enjoy bits and pieces of a ''normal'' Summer of 2020. Our Summer agenda is slowly taking shape; in July we offer a couple of expositions and listening sessions in Brussels and Antwerp, in August we have cosy evenings curated in-store by ''Subbacultcha-stars'' at our office in Ghent.

Difficult to place him in a specific music genre, David sings pop lullabies that will get you hooked for ever and ever.

Top Cash Boys Ent. (TCBE) are the latest hip hop sensation from Leuven. BBJ, Gapi, Jorgen, Puss99, Shona and TaylorBeatzz will bring their catchy rap saus to Ghent for their first Subba show ever. So we're extremely excited!
