Thank you for being a valued account holder and for using SurveySignal for your research needs. We are very excited to announce that we are launching a new SurveySignal platform on Sunday Mar 29, 2020.

How will this impact my ongoing studies? The current platform will remain operational until June 30, 2020. We will provide you with a URL to the current platform, but you will not be able to create surveys or register participants on the platform after June 30, 2020. The platform will permanently retire on June 30, 2020. Please ensure that you download all the data related to your study before this date.

Signal Balance: Your current signal balance will not expire. You can use it on the current platform until Jun 30, 2020 or request to transfer signal balance to new platform.

New SurveySignal platform built for research:  Easy to set up and implement, SurveySignal gives you the flexibility to design unique assessments, interventions, and randomized control trials with end-to-end management of your studies all on a single platform, SurveySignal supports various research methodologies, including but not limited to Experience Sampling, Ecological Momentary Intervention (EMI), and Randomized Control Trial (RCT).

Your Account: We have transferred your login credentials to the new platform. Your default account subscription will be Outbound subscription. To upgrade to Two-Way subscription, go the Account feature and Click Renew Subscription once you login. You can visit Pricing page to find more about our new subscription based pricing.

What happens to my Signal Balance? You can initiate a transfer of your signals to the new platform by login on the new platform and going to Account feature and Click Transfer Signals. You will need to transfer all your signals before the current system retires on June 30, 2020.
