Unattended measurement of vibration exposure risk on vehicles seats with SV100A

Use of a SV100A vibration dosimeter enables unattended measurements of vibrations all vehicle seats. The vibration sensor is integrated in a seat-pad so the SV100A is wireless. The Bluetooth connection to a mobile application provides the link to the GPS location and speed data.

SVAN 958A is an unique four-channel instrument offering 20kHz-band sound & vibration analysis (FFT, Octaves). SV258 PRO Noise & Vibration Monitoring Station

SV 258 PRO is an easy to install and cost effective system for noise and vibration monitoring. The portable and battery powered system can be used for a variety of monitoring applications including construction site monitoring, tunneling and blasting. This portable system works great in noise & vibration monitoring applications related to construction sites and road traffic.

The new firmware simplifies setting up the station in accordance to international and local standards such as DIN 4150-3 or BS 7385-2. The biggest advantage of the new firmware is the real-time vibration events analysis in the unit either with FFT or 1/3 octave and direct comparison to criterion curves on-site. In practise this means that station can generate immediate alarms.

The SVAN 977 is a class 1 sound and vibration meter designed for professional measurement applications. The SVAN 977A is a successor of SVAN 977 offering bigger memory 16 GB and the Bluetooth? interface as a software option that can be enabled at any time. The meter provides broad-band results such as Leq, Max, Min and Peak with all standard weighting filters together with an incredible time-history logging feature. The SVAN 977A can measure ultrasound measurement bands up to 40kHz with options of time signal recording and 1/3 octave or FFT analysis.

The SVAN 979 class 1 sound and vibration meter is our flagship device. The meter has a very large dynamic range of measurement - over 110dB. It's high-quality GRAS 40AE microphone allows measurement in the frequency range starting as low as 3 Hz.

One useful feature of SVAN 977 and SVAN 979 is that if you disconnect the microphone preamplifier then you can use these instruments for vibration measurements simply by connecting an accelerometer and cable.

Noise & vibration monitoring

is all about EVENTS & ALARMS

NOISE EVENT is established when the A-weighted sound pressure level exceeds a threshold for a continuous period. The task of a MONITORING SYSTEM is to detect and mark such EVENTS and notify the ALARM to users, for example via e-mail / sms or visually by an alarm lamp. The quicker information on limit exceedance the less risk of penalties or cost associated with exceedance consequences hence SV307 provides a fast track for alarms, the priority route for communicating ALARMS to users.

However, not all events are related to operation of the source. False alarms can generate high cost of idle time comparable to cost of penalties for exceeding noise limits thus the SV307's automatic event detection provides additional tools for verification of non-relevant events, such as statistical background noise real-time analysis or audio-listening.

Sound Insulation Measurements made easier thanks to BA Assistant App

The Building Acoustic Assistant supports sound insulation measurements with 2 sound level meters simultaneously. Once the application is installed on an Android smartphone it connects to Svantek's sound level meters to provide an intuitive user interface of that makes the measurements of sound insulation easier and faster.

Building Acoustics smartphone application guides the user through the sound insulation measurement procedure in accordance with ISO 16283. Results are presented on the display and in the form of a report compliant with the ISO requirements.
