Talking about families, hope you''ve heard that Tello family plans are the craze of the season. To keep things simple, here are some FAQs to help you manage your Tello multiple lines Tellomagically.

1. Is it possible to merge existing Tello accounts now?
Yes, but in order to do so, please contact our super-friendly Customer Support team.

2. Is there a shared balance?
No, every line is separate. This way no one feuds over who went through all the data.

3. How does billing work on a family plan?
Each line in your account has its own plan associated, having its own billing date and payment method. We''re working on reducing invoices, by bringing together your recurring charges for plans with the same billing date.

4. Can I have the same billing date for all my family plan lines?
Not automatically. The billing date for each line is set according to the day each plan was activated. If you decide to bring existing lines of family members into your own account, all the lines will retain their separate existing billing dates.
