#1. Offer a Healthy for the Holidays Support & Accountability Challenge
Your clients want to stay on track during the holiday season. They do not want to lose their momentum or the gains they have made. This is why offering a holiday support and accountability challenge is an easy and fun thing you can do to keep your clients engaged and even attract some new ones.
Depending on when you are starting the challenge, you can make it anywhere from two to four weeks long. For example, you could run a four-week challenge from Monday, November 23 to Sunday, December 20. Or, you could run a two-week challenge that begins on Monday, December 7, and ends on Sunday, December 20.
Use That Clean Life to create weekly meal plans with recipes and grocery lists. Here''s an awesome list of fun seasonal meals you may wish to include.
Once your weekly meal plans are created, export them as PDFs with your business branding.
Don''t forget to include a brief explaining the challenge, how to follow the meal plan, and how to prepare. Here''s an example:
Hello and welcome to Week #1 of our Healthy for the Holidays Support & Accountability Challenge!
Let me start by telling you just how excited I am to embark on this challenge with you. Listen. I get it. The holidays can be tough for a variety of reasons. But with the right support and a little accountability, you can take care of yourself, feel awesome, and stay on track with your health goals.
The challenge is four weeks long. It starts on Monday, November 23 and ends on Sunday, December 20. Each week you will receive a 7-day meal plan with recipes and a grocery list. I have chosen fun, festive meals for the plans, but feel free to modify the plan according to your needs.
I''ve incorporated a lot of leftovers so you can cook once and eat multiple times. The holidays are busy, and this structure will ensure you spend less time in the kitchen and more time with your loved ones.
Here is what to do to prepare for Week #1:
#1. Grocery Shop
I have included a full grocery list that outlines the ingredients you will need to follow this meal plan. Before you head out to do your shopping, take some time to go through the list and check off any items you already have. This will save you time and money!
The grocery list is organized into categories based on how a typical grocery store is laid out. This will allow you to do your grocery shopping in an organized order starting with fruits, then vegetables, etc. Doing your shopping this way will save you time.
#2. Meal Prep
Take a look at the meal plan and see what you can prepare in advance. You can spend 30 minutes on meal prep or a few hours. It is totally up to you.
#3. Join Our Facebook Group
Click here to join my private Facebook group where we can work through the challenge as a community. Connect with other women just like you and get tips and tricks for staying healthy throughout the holidays.
You now have everything you need for Week #1, so it is time to get organized. Do your shopping, prep and I''ll see you Monday to get this party started!
Abigail, Holistic Nutritionist
Once your challenge materials are created, you can create a landing page where people can register for your challenge and then start promoting it to get sign-ups.
We recommend charging around $30 to $60 per week for this type of challenge. This means if you ran a four-week program, you could charge $120 to $240 per participant. If you had 20 people register, you could earn anywhere from $2,400 to $4,800. More experienced health professionals may consider charging more.
#2. Offer a Healthy for the Holidays Support & Accountability One-on-One Program
We know many of you are out there working with clients one-on-one and just crushing it. For the holiday season, we recommend adding a special one-on-one program to your list of offerings to attract (or re-attract) those who struggle with their nutrition over the holidays.
We recommend making this a three or four-week program, with an initial intake assessment. During this initial assessment, set holiday goals with your client and be sure to use our Meal Planning Assessment Tool to get to know your client''s needs. Then use That Clean Life to build them customized weekly meal plans that they will love.
Again, before you export your meal plans for your one-on-one clients, be sure to include an introduction to the plan. Here''s an example:
Hi Heather,
I loved meeting with you this week to discuss your health goals for the holiday season. Based on our discussion and your meal planning assessment, I will be providing you with weekly meal plans that I hope you will love.
On the next pages, you will find the customized plan I have created for you, along with an itemized grocery list and delicious recipes.
Grocery List Tips
I have included a full grocery list that outlines the ingredients you will need to follow this meal plan. Before you head out to do your shopping, take some time to go through the list and check off any items you already have. This will save you time and money!
Shopping Tips
The grocery list is organized into categories based on how a typical grocery store is laid out. This will allow you to do your grocery shopping in an organized order starting with fruits, then vegetables, etc. Doing your shopping this way will save you time.
Recipe Tips
Every recipe states the total number of servings and the total prep time so that you know how many servings the recipe creates, and how long it will take you to make it. Before you start cooking, assemble all ingredients and prep them according to the ingredients list. Unless otherwise indicated, you will be eating one serving of each meal. So if a recipe serves four, prepare it, divide it into four even portions and enjoy one portion.
Leftovers
You''ll notice that some meals on the plan are shaded out. This means that the meal has been marked as a leftover. You''ve already prepared it, so you do not need to make it again. Cook once, eat multiple times. Leftovers are a great way to save you money and time in the kitchen!
Our next appointment is scheduled for Friday, November 20 at 9 AM. Here we will review how following this plan is going so far, measure your progress towards your goals and work through our next lesson.
If any questions pop up as you review this plan, please reach out to me via email at any time. I''m always here to support you!
-Abigail
Meet with your one-on-one holiday support clients on a weekly basis, providing them with customized meal plans, support, and guidance.
As a starting point, we recommend charging $100 to $150 per week for your one-on-one holiday support program. This means if you work with clients over a four-week period, you could earn $400 to $600 per client. If you attracted just four clients to sign up for this program, you could earn $1,600 to $2,400. Again, experienced health professionals may wish to charge more.
#3. Offer a Healthy for the Holidays Online Cooking Class, Workshop or a Series of Classes
Many of our That Clean Life members have taken their nutrition workshops and cooking classes online.
The holiday season is a great time to offer online classes around holiday-focused topics like:
- Healthy Holiday Treats
- Creating a Healthier Holiday Dinner Menu
- Keeping Your Immune System Strong Over the Holidays
- Nutrition to Support Your Mental Health During the Holidays
You can run your class as a cooking class or as a nutrition workshop. It can be one single class focused on a particular topic or a series of classes that would allow you to explore a wide variety of topics.
Use That Clean Life to create the materials for your cooking class or nutrition workshop. For example, if you hosted an online cooking class called, "Healthy Holiday Treats Online Cooking Class", you could use That Clean Life to put together a collection of three to five holiday treats and then export it as a PDF that participants can keep forever.
Again, include an introduction with your export that explains your cooking class, when it is happening and what your participants can expect. Here''s an example:
Welcome to our Healthy Holiday Treats Online Cooking Class!
The live class is taking place on Friday, December 4th at 7 PM. Check your confirmation email for the Zoom link to join.
In this document, you will find the three healthy, delicious treat recipes we are creating during our cooking class, along with an itemized grocery list.
Preparing for the Class
To prepare for the class, be sure to shop for the ingredients. During the class, we will make all three treats together and discuss topics like the benefits of incorporating fruits like pomegranate into your holiday treats, how to choose healthier chocolate for your holiday desserts, and baking with gluten-free flour.
And so much more! This is going to be a jam-packed class. Bring a friend or the whole family and get ready to get in the holiday spirit.
Can''t wait!
-Abigail
Whether you run a cooking class or a nutrition workshop, we do recommend incorporating some type of recipe and cooking component into the content, so that you can show participants how easy it is to put your healthy lessons into action.
A good starting point for pricing your line workshop or cooking class is $20 per class, but again, this depends on the length and the type of content you are teaching.
#4. Offer a Healthy Holiday E-Book
Many of our That Clean Life members sell recipe books and meal plans online. The holiday season is a great time to release a holiday focused e-book.
Here are just a few ideas of holiday e-books you could build using That Clean Life:
- 20 Healthy, Gluten-Free Holiday Dessert Recipes
- 21 Cozy One Pan Dinners to Keep You Healthy Throughout the Holidays
- 40 Healthier Holiday Favorites
- The Ultimate Guide to a Healthier Holiday Dinner
Of course, we do recommend you customize these ideas to suit the needs of your ideal clients. For example, if you specialize in working with clients who have Chrohn''s Disease, you will want to make sure the recipes you choose are appropriate for them.
Use That Clean Life to create your e-book and export it as a PDF.
And as always, be sure to include an introduction before exporting. Here''s an example:
Thank you so much for purchasing my Healthier Holiday Favorites e-book!

Wishing you the best holiday season yet :)
-Abigail
There are many ways you can sell your e-book online including on your website or using a service such as Gumroad, Lead Pages or Shopify.
What you charge for your e-book will depend on the content that is included. We have seen nutrition professionals charging anywhere from $30 to $150+ for an e-book. Do not sell your resources for a ridiculously low price. This devalues your hard work and makes it look like your professional nutrition guidance is not worth much. It might also make it hard for you to charge a fair price for customized resources and programs in the future.
We did some research and found some price ranges for different digital products:
- Recipe Books: $30 to $80
- 7-Day Meal Plans: $40 to $60
- 21-Day Meal Plans: $80 to $150
- Meal Planning Guides: $60 to $150
Remember that these prices are based on general, self-serve e-books, and not customized resources. You should charge more for the resources that you are customizing to your client''s unique needs, as these take longer to create.
