Dear Friends,
We have decided we will be temporarily closing, effective tomorrow, Tuesday, July, 28, 2020,The Berghoff Restaurant (downtown) and Adams Street Brewery, until further notice.
Our location at O''Hare, Berghoff Cafe, will remain operational and open seven days a week, 7 AM-6 PM.
While we are temporarily closing here at Adams Street, we will have a small crew in-house to continue some administrative items, building and facilities maintenance, and Berghoff Cafe O''Hare services.
Please note, NO ONE has tested positive for COVID, nor have we violated any policies or procedures related to COVID or anything else, this is strictly a business decision made by the family that did not come without a period of deep contemplation..
We reopened on June 30th after the initial closure under the Executive order issued by the Governor back in March.
We will continue to implement and follow every COVID policy, procedure, and best practices that have been put in place by the CDC, State of IL, City of Chicago, NRA, and IRA to best protect our Crew and Customers from The Virus..
Again, this is a temporary closure.
So, we may take some time to find better ways to serve you and, hopefully, be fully operational soon.
We thank all of you have dined with us over the past few weeks, and we honestly cannot wait to be open once again.
Thank you for your patience, kindness, and understanding during this trying and unprecedented time!
-The Berghoff Family and Staff
