Carbon Neutral Shipping
We neutralize (or offset) the carbon emissions associated with your order shipment by investing in renewable energy and energy efficiency projects around the world. Emissions are calculated using our own Office Footprint Calculator� and are based on the weight and size of your order and the distance traveled from warehouse to workplace.

Delivery
The majority of our products ship via UPS; the remainder ship via FedEx, USPS, and select local couriers. We do our best to limit the number of shipments required to complete your order as well as minimize the overall distance products travel from warehouse to workplace. Unfortunately, variables beyond our control dictate that some orders take more than one business day to arrive and/or arrive in multiple shipments. While a truly sustainable shipping solution doesn�t currently exist, we offset the carbon emissions related to every shipment we make and support continuous improvement in the shipping industry as an EPA SmartWay Transport Partner.

Packaging
To us, green packaging means using the least of the most sustainable material necessary to ensure your product arrives in great shape. If you ever find excessive or insufficient packaging or have concerns about the sustainability or durability of materials, please drop us a line. While we don�t currently have absolute control over all packaging decisions, we�ll continue to push our suppliers to eliminate unsustainable materials and practices. In the meantime your continued feedback and patience is much appreciated.

Ink & Toner Recycling
Regardless of where you made your purchase, we offer free shipping labels to recycle inkjet and laser toner cartridges as well as fusers. Simply click here, provide your mailing address, and within seconds you'll have a free pre-paid UPS shipping label to return your spent equipment in an environmentally responsible manner.

Product Screening
The Green Screen� is our proprietary product screening system designed to take the research out of responsible shopping. We currently use over 50 criteria to label and rank our entire catalog of nearly 40,000 products by greenness. In doing so, we�ve effectively created a race to the top, giving manufacturers economic incentive to develop more sustainable office solutions. To ensure constant progress, new criteria are added as they emerge while others that become law or the norm in a product category are phased out of use.
