Hi Mason,
You've probably heard that split testing can improve your landing page conversion rates dramatically.
Split testing, also known as A/B testing, is a key element of any landing page campaign. We've done our best to make the process as quick and easy as possible. Here's a starter guide:
Login to your Pagewiz account
Click on the "Landing Pages" tab, then on Landing Page name > Optimization.
Pagewiz displays a landing page variant table, which is empty if this is your first time here.
Create variants in this section, which will all appear under the same landing page URL. This could include different copy (such as two page titles you'd like to experiment with), or visual content. For more on the key elements of a high-converting landing page, read our article:
Four Pillars of High-Converting Landing Pages.
Based on the frequency you set for each variant, Pagewiz will direct proportional traffic levels to each landing page version. Pagewiz will also take care of other behind-the-scenes tasks such as user tracking for each landing page variant. This way your visitors see the same landing page version every time, which is critical if you introduce key differences in your landing page versions (pricing information, limited time special deals, etc.)
Track conversion rates for every landing page variant, send the most traffic to the highest-performing variant, and keep creating and testing new variants consistently.
To your success,
The Pagewiz team

Hi Mason,
Even small changes to your landing page copy can make the difference between a reader and a buyer. Here's a quick checklist you can use to optimize your copy:
1. Attention-grabbing Headline
The headline is the one element that will grab your audience's attention and lure them into the rest of your page. It is the key message that focuses your audience on the underlying need behind your product. With Pagewiz, this need is speed and ease-of-use, enabling marketers to create landing pages quickly and easily without depending on designers or IT professionals.
2. Focus on Benefits More than Features
A feature is something your product or service does. The benefit is what that feature enables your customer to accomplish, also known as a functional benefit. The emotional benefit is how that accomplishment makes your customer feel. For example, a key feature for Pagewiz is Drag-&-Drop design online. This functional benefit enables you to move around elements of your landing page as if you were working on your favorite desktop application. On the emotional level, the feature transforms you into a designer for dramatically improved control over the look & feel of the design.
3. A Clear Call to Action
What do you want your audience to do? Fill out a form, click on a link, maybe even buy your product - these are all examples of responses you must clarify to your readers. You can convey this information in hyperlinked text or on a button, but the copy must take center stage so that your audience follows through.
4. Close with a Powerful Reminder of your Offering
If a reader has read all the way to the bottom of your page, you can be sure they are interested in your product. Sometimes, buyers need that extra push to complete the process.
So go ahead, make your copy work for you - log into Pagewiz now!
To your success,

one central place – and use them again and again whenever and wherever
you need them.
The Script Library is available immediately to all ‘Plus’ users and above. Read our post to see how it works.
Recent product updates:
