How's everything? Like us, recently, you must have been bombarded by the news of Coronavirus that slammed the whole world. At this very moment, we would like to express our sincere wish for the well-being of you and your family.

We're writing this letter to you, not only on behalf of Tibet Vista team but most importantly as an ordinary Chinese citizen, who has gone through the toughest time in fighting against this deadly pneumonia.

As the confirmed case is steadily on the decline in China, we feel that our experiences in disease-control and prevention may be a great help to you as well in the west. So we would like to share some of the useful tips for Covid-19 prevention.

1. Clean hands with soap and water for at least 1min so long as you get back home from work

2. General avoid "non-essential" travel or contact, like hand-shaking, with others

3. Preferably work at home now. If you have to go out, do wear a mask in public and avoid mass gathering since the asymptomatic patient is a big risk.

4. Thoroughly cook meat and eggs and avoid takeout food

5. If your temperature rises to between 37.3?C and 38 ?C, firstly impose self-quarantine at home a couple of days for observation. If it gets worse, report to local hospitals or local public health department for help.

6. Only trust official news report and scientific medical solutions.

7. If you need our help, anything that we can do for you within our capacity, please do not hesitate to reach us. We will do our best to help you out.

Well, these are some of the effective ways of self-protection from the infection from our experiences. Hopefully, it will help you stay safe and healthy.

At last, we believe that with the joint efforts from the international community, the gloomy days will be gone soon and we will stay together with you till the very end. As everything gets back to track, we will be greeting you with auspicious Hada in Lhasa.
