Frequently asked questions

• How can I make sure the files I'm sending never expire?
• When you sign up for a paid account, you can determine when (or if) your transfer should expire. It's in the Optional Settings section of the upload form.
• How can I increase my storage limit?
• You can upgrade your account at anytime by logging in and clicking on the Account tab of the TransferBigFiles web site.
• Why does it say maximum downloads exceeded and how can I remove that limitation?
• Free accounts allow for files to be downloaded up to 20 times each. Paid accounts have much higher limits (including an unlimited option).
• Can I access my files if they have expired?
• No. The TransferBigFiles service removes all expired files from our system to ensure optimum performance.
• How do I cancel my account?
• You can cancel your account at anytime by logging in and clicking on the Account tab.
