Your next steps in this process will be to provide the following three (3) documents.

1. Your RE-SALE CERTIFICATE (obtained from your county where you got your business license)

2. The THM RE-SELLERS AGREEMENT (Can be downloaded here)

3. A copy of your BUSINESS LICENSE

You will also need to set up a completely new THM Store account. As a THM Re-Seller, you can not use your personal THM Store account.

Please email the three (3) documents listed above, along with the email used to create your new Re-Seller THM Store account to addison@trimhealthymama.com.

You will be contacted via email once you�ve been approved as a THM Re-Seller.
