In light of the uncertainty following the outbreak of COVID-19, I wanted to let you know how we are dealing with it at Weird Fish, as our customers, staff and partners are our key priority.
We are closely monitoring the situation, following all advice from the Government and World Health Organisation, to act quickly and avoid any potential risks.
We’re doing all we can to continue bringing you the relaxed, easy-going clothing you know and love. All of our shops will remain open, with our teams taking extra care by continuing to implement high quality standards of hygiene, performing additional cleaning duties and introducing hand sanitisers.
Whilst our stores remain open, if you prefer to shop from home, our online store is open as usual at weirdfish.co.uk. Again, extra precautions are being taken by our distribution team and couriers to ensure health and hygiene standards are adhered to. What’s more, we’re reviewing our 90 day returns policy to make sure you have as much flexibility as possible to return any unwanted items.
And if you have any questions, our customer service team will be there to help you via email at retail@weirdfish.co.uk. Please note that there may be an increase in response time, owing to a likelihood of increased customer queries, therefore we ask that you email rather than phone where possible.

Well, we are sure everyone will be glad to see the back of 2020, and will be looking ahead to 2021 with a little more positivity and optimism.
Hopefully this email finds you well, and this year you will be able to do many more of the things we have all missed so much…seeing loved ones and giving them a big hug, cheering your team on from the touchline, meeting friends for a lazy lunch in the pub, packing the family up for a holiday adventure, or getting your wellies on for a fun filled festival weekend.
Last year was a busy one at Weird Fish HQ (well our respective kitchen tables). Our aim was to continue to provide you with more of what you love, and with stores opening and closing, thankfully we found that our wonderful new website catered for all your needs and kept you entertained.
In 2020 we continued our leap to becoming a more sustainable brand, alongside our ever popular bamboo and Tencel ranges, we launched Eco Mac; our slow spun Macaroni fabric, with a greener recipe of organic cotton and recycled polyester, which went down very well!
We continue to swim up this sustainable stream in 2021, with a haul of your favourites styles, from Artist T-Shirts to the Tallahassee dress and denim, now made from 100% organic cotton.
Thank you for supporting our charity partnerships, which last year raised an amazing £40,000+ for the RSPB and £20,000+ for Battersea with our limited-edition T-Shirts. We have also continued to donate our end of line stock to the Newlife charity, which not only raises funds for the charity, but is also a more environmentally friendly solution, by avoiding landfill.
