Don't forget to take advantage of your allowance in 2020! In order to be reimbursed for your 2020 premiums, you need to submit your premium again for the new year, even if your plan hasn't changed.

Once we verify your premium, we�ll notify your employer to reimburse you each month. They decide when and how you�ll get that money; typically that�s done through payroll.

With 2020 coming to an end, employees may have unused HRA allowances they're planning on using. As the plan administrator, we wanted to give you a heads-up so you aren't surprised if new amounts start showing due for reimbursement.

Your PeopleKeep account tracks each employee's available balance so you can see what they still might use in this calendar year. Remember that account balances do not roll over into the next calendar year, however keep in mind employees do have 90 days into the next year to submit expenses they incurred in 2019 taken from their 2019 allowance. Below you can see where to find this information in your account.
